Bed bugs 🐛

It’s true about the bed bugs, at first I booked because I’ve never had any issue with any hostel with bed bugs but I am littered all over my body with bites. On my arm, legs, stomach and even my neck all have bites! I only had one night left so there was nothing I could do because the damage was already done. Now for the rest of my holiday I feel uncomfortable with the amount of bug bites I have all over my body. I’m not sure whether they even clean their sheets. If you choose to stay here, spray your body with insect repellent (I recommend going somewhere else because the stay wasn’t worth the money)🫥

The beds weren't cleaned regularly and smelled terribly. Also, bed bugs became an issue!!!

Varför jag måste dra ner betyget ordentligt i botten är pga vägglöss!! Bedbugs!!! Stay away! Jag är dessutom allergisk och får stora nässelutslag så det var ju inte roligt! Jag flydde tidigt som attan på morgonen. Sen var personalen typ aldrig där, små fönster att få checka in på. Och var de inte där var de omöjliga att få tag på. Sen svettades man som ett as när man försökte sova.

During our stay we discovered bed buggs. Upon letting the owners know about the situation their reaction was anything but understanding and kind. They were in no way shape or form superised about finding this out nor were they apologetic about the whole ordeal. We expected to be able to have a discussion on the matter and see if there were any possibilities to get a refund or help us seek different accommodations. There was absolutely no room for this and we were basically kicked out of our accommodation. There excuse was that the fumigator was on its way, and we could not stay in our room because of the fumes. Which was strange because upon our leave some one else was checking in to the exact same room. Ofcourse something like bed bugs is not uncommon in Hostels. But the way the owners handled and reacted to the situation was extremely unprofessional and unkind. We were supposed to recieve our money back from the nights we did not stay. But we have so far not recieved anything
