   Very alarming!!! They will give keys to your room to random people. The staff is untrained and rude. Their system didn’t register that we paid for late check out so housekeeping rudely woke us up and proceeded to be hostile until I had to physically go down to the reception to solve the issue. THEN after two hours when I was having a shower, TWO RANDOM GIRLS CAME INTO OUR ROOM. The reception messed up again and gave them our room which was still occupied till six. They don’t respect your safety, and when I went down to the reception with the girls the guy working didnt even apologise he just said ‘yeah you can stay in your room’. The hotel is also very loud—people running and screaming down the hallways—kind of expected at a hostel, but still disturbing. There was police and ambulances in front of the building every other day. Bar staff also weird at times, rolling their eyes. Manager going around running a scam for good reviews, handing you a tablet where everything is already rated 5 stars and you just click confirm to get a free drink. There was mold on the silicone in the shower and stained finger prints on the flush button. Housekeeping making incredibly loud noises slamming the beds in the other room into the wall.

   They kept coming up to me when I sat in their shared spaces to offer a free drink for a review, over and over which I found annoying.

   - live music in the lobby ( got lucky and caught one! not sure which days regularly though!) - very good location (20 mins to Hbf by foot or 10 by tram) - friendly staff - a Netto right behind the building - the shared bathroom was a mess! - very small lobby - Got offered free coffee in exchange for a very positive review!! - lot‘s of student groups (loud & messy)

   I loved everything, a&o it's the best if you choose to book single or specially shared room. I didn't liked that I've booked 3 times in same week and they only offered me a free beer once a month they said if I give 5 stars. I was expecting to get a chance to get a free drink evetytime I have to share / rate.... I know it's. Abit cheesy.. But why not to have 3 free drinks instead of 1 a. Month as they said. Next time I'll switch a&o in different locations then I'll daily may get free beer (which cost 5 eur) :) hehe.
