Nineties Homestay

+ HOMESTAY NINETIES - HUỶ PHÒNG NGAY NGÀY NHẬN PHÒNG VỚI LÍ DO KHÔNG CHẤP NHẬN ĐƯỢC Mình có đặt phòng tại homestay Nineties cho chuyến đi ngày 4-5-2025. Tuy nhiên, đến sáng ngày 4, chỉ vài tiếng trước khi nhận phòng, mình bất ngờ nhận được thông báo bị huỷ phòng. Lý do mà homestay đưa ra là có 2 người lớn tuổi cần ở lại để chữa trị vết thương( nhắn tin riêng cho mình), một lúc sau mình có gọi cho nhân viên lễ tân thì lòi ra lí do khác là có khách đặt trên Angoda trước đó mấy tháng mà homestay chưa kiểm tra??? Thành thật mà nói, mình rất không hài lòng với cách làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp này. Việc huỷ phòng sát giờ check-in, lại chỉ vì lý do cảm tính như “ưu tiên người khác”, là không thể chấp nhận được trong ngành dịch vụ lưu trú. Chuyến đi đã được lên kế hoạch kỹ, vé xe, lịch trình, thời gian nghỉ phép… đều bị ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng vì quyết định đơn phương từ phía homestay. Không hề có phương án hỗ trợ, đền bù hay giới thiệu nơi lưu trú thay thế. Mọi người nên cân nhắc thật kỹ trước khi đặt phòng tại homestay Nineties, tránh rơi vào tình huống bị “bỏ rơi phút chót” như mình. Một nơi làm dịch vụ mà thiếu trách nhiệm và đặt cảm tính lên trên cam kết với khách hàng thì không xứng đáng để ủng hộ.

- Sát giờ nhận gọi báo khách huỷ phòng rất vô trách nhiệm và thiếu tôn trọng khách.

- Non c'era acqua calda. In questi giorni a Hue ha fatto freddo e ho dovuto fare la doccia gelida.

+ The hotel was under construction when we arrived and they definitely shouldn't have let guests stay (we think we were the only ones there). We were given a discounted rate for the inconvenience, but it was just really unpleasant. We woke up to power tools being used every morning, from 8am-5pm, so you couldn't use the hotel at all. The builders also played loud music and smoked while they worked. The manager disappeared as soon as we'd checked in. We never saw him again, not even at checkout. He told us when we checked in that the work would be done by the morning, but it was none stop for 3 days. Obviously it won't be under construction forever, but I wouldn't advise going any time soon. When it is fit for guests, it is in a good location.

- 욕실이 너무 좁다. 샤워하는 동안 옷을 둘 곳이 마땅치 않다.

+ Hôtel très mal insonorisé! Ce n'est pas calme du tout ! Je ne recommande pas

+ Friendly staff and nice breakfast. In the center of Hue, so there are many restaurants and bars nearby.

- Reeeeally hard beds, I even got bruises because it was so hard. There are lockers under the beds but the keys from most of them are lost so you can't close them. And there was a lot of dirt in the lockers.

- La grandeur des chambres ’absence de perso sur place il faut appeler La propreté des draps tachés

- Le lit est dur comme du béton. Constamment de la musique au rez de chaussé d’un goût discutable, parfois même après 22h. Embêtant lorsque on est au 1er étage et qu’on veut se reposer

+ все хорошо. Все в центре, откуда удобно двигаться дальше. Персонал отзывчив и мил, завтрак тоже ок. На верхних кроватях нет мест для хранения вещей и у меня, да и других гостей, часто падали зарядки для телефона и прочее. В целом, я изучил 3 хостела здесь. И остался в этом. Безусловно, лучшие по цена/качество!

- Нужно место для хранения вещей, полочка, у кровати.

+ Отличный хостел. Недорогой. Очень чисто, убирают каждый день несколько раз. Кровати и удобства в прекрасном состоянии. Все, кто работает здесь максимально дружелюбные и приятные в общении. Поставил везде максимальную оценку. В самом центре старого города. Спасибо🙏

- Всë понравилось! Могу только порекомендовать, как можно сделать ещё лучше. Было бы хорошо на террасе сделать несколько электрических розеток и прикрепить вентилятор, тогда там было бы классно посидеть с ноутбуком или поработать.

+ La chambre était propre, surtout la salle de bain. La terrasse était agréable et le personnel très gentil.

- J'aurais aimé avoir plus de choix pour le petit-déjeuner.

+ Petite chambre très agréable et propre. La salle de bain également et l’eau est chaude. L’emplacement est parfait. Je recommande !

+ We checked in during the night and it was no problem which we were grateful for. The room was comfortable and the property is in a perfect location

- There were some ants in the room which were fine but just something to note!

+ - Location is great, insight walking street. - The dorm is good, Im super satisfied with my bed, its really private and have a fan for each bed so I can use on my own. There are light for readers as well. - Staff is super nice.

- I got a bed in 12-bed room, quite tight I think. Luckily I got the lower bed and dont have to climb up.

+ 設備は新しくは無いが清潔にメンテナンスされている。立地良し。大きな通り沿いではないため夜は静かに眠れる。

+ Giá cả hợp lí, vị trí thuận lợi, nhân viên thân thiện, đáng quay lại

- máy sấy để trong phòng luôn thì tuyệt hơn

+ Các bạn lễ tân rất dễ thương Nước xài mạnh, ko có yếu, gió thổi vô phòng mát mẻ

- Không có thùng rác nhỏ đựng trong phòng
