Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato: cimici da letto aggirarsi tranquillamente tra le lenzuola, peli, capelli, macchie di urina, macchie nere, caccole sul muro, pulizia in generale totalmente assente. Il receptionist, che sembrava uscito da un film horror, non è stato di nessun aiuto, se non nel proporci un cambio stanza che presentava le medesime condizioni. Il colpo di grazia è stato trovare lo specchio dell’ascensore con sopra del liquido bianco non identificabile contro il quale ho rischiato di poggiare il mio zaino. Inoltre la struttura diceva di essere in centro, ma il centro era ad oltre 2 km. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’hotel la notte stessa e trascorrere la notte fuori per strada, dovendo anche chiamare un taxi proprio per avvicinarci in centro perche non era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

The receptionists weren't friendly and barely acknowledged us when we entered. Even if we said "Good Morning" or "Good Night," they didn't seem to care and wouldn't make eye contact during check-in. It felt like we were just numbers, not valued guests. The room looked like the pictures, but there were bed bugs, and the mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were stained, and we weren't sure if they were changed after the last guests left. These issues made our stay much less enjoyable.
