Eigentlich bin ich niemand der Bewertungen schreibt, hier musste es aber einfach sein. Ich bin am ersten Abend nichts ahnend eingecheckt. Als ich dann später schlafen gehen wollte lag links von meiner Matratze ein benutztes Kondom, ebenfalls lagen unter meinem Kissen Taschentücher das Bett wurde also offensichtlich nicht bezogen, eine Frechheit.

The lady at the reception could be more polite and helpful!!!

We had problems with one of the staff members. When we got our room there was a blood stain and another stain on the linen, the staff got it changed for us. After we found out the blanket in the same bed smelled very sour and sweaty, we asked if we could get another, and the staff member said that all blankets smelled the same even tho my friends didn’t. We asked again and the rolled her eyes at us and seemed very annoyed. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. We didn’t feel welcome:(

The location is the only good part of this hostel. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, the bathroom was only cleaned when we asked ( on the last day ). When eight people share a bathroom it gets dirty quickly. The ac was freezing and we asked twice to turn it up and they were unable to do it. The woman at reception did not seem to care when we issued our problems. The blankets were thin and crusty, the curtains didn’t cover anything. We both got sick from the cold.

The hostel was very noisy and the beds were uncomfortable. I stayed 3 nights and did not have a single night of good sleep.

the dorm rooms were fine. the bar area wasn't that social at all, even on a Saturday night there were only maybe 10 people max hanging out by the bar. The staff cut my lock on my locker!!!! And didn't even tell me. Apparently some girl in my dorm room thought her hoodie was in my locker so the staff cut my lock. While I was gone for the day anyone could have stolen my passport, all my cash, and credit card. Beware

Very dirty and smelly. AC doesn’t work well so rooms are boiling hot. Bathrooms smell like sewage. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Workers are very nice though! Didn’t seem like a party hostel as no hostel works were facilitating parties.

Had a great time at The Hideout. Really clean, super social atmosphere, friendly staff and comfy beds

Beds were comfy and free beers everyday were nice and made the hostel fairly social. But it seems really dirty! Rooms were filthy and so were toilets! Good location though

Good stay here. The beds are a very large double. The barman Kahn was great fun and made our experience.

Too cash heavy for any sort of payments. Charging 3.5% additional rates for Forex card payments seems very inconvenient as most travellers would prefer cars payments, to avoid heavy cash carrying. Struggled to arrange huge amounts of cash.

LOVED my stay here! The staff are so kind, friendly, helpful & fun! Great atmosphere & would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere social in HCMC 🫰

Perfect location, fun socials, bar gets busy but settles by about 11. Would stay again.

This hostel was amazing! Great social atmosphere, especially at the bar where I met tons of cool people. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe was just perfect - chill but fun. The pub crawl was definitely a highlight - had such a great night! Would totally stay here again.

Spent a lot of time at the Hideout. The team are amazing, Ken, Hai, Kahn, Lean, Alex, Chloe, John and everyone else (sorry if I missed you) I will definitely come back. Such a friendly place and such great activities every night. Beds are great and the hostels clean. 10/10

The location is very convenient and close to everything. The staff there was very helpful. They organized activities or pub crawls every evening, so it was easy to connect with others. The rooms and the hostel were very clean.

Staff are rude. Very dead atmosphere it claims to be a party hostel but either dead every night of full of 30+ year old men

The room and bathroom were great. The bar and common area was a bit small but social. I’d definitely recommend the pub crawl!

Really great hostel in an amazing location. Very social, made some good friends the minute I walked in. Wanted to extend from 3 nights to 4 but sadly there was no availability. There was one woman on reception who was kinda rude but the rest of the staff were nice. The pub crawl was good fun and the two free beers was a good way to get warmed up.
