I have never gotten so many mosquito bites as I did in my one day stay at the hostel. I killed at least 20 mosquitoes.

I think people here are raciest,when the staff saw my passport,turned to worse attitude suddenly.Also environment here is not tidy,especially in toilet.

The Love Note was one of the only good rated options left in HCM. Everyone was very friendly. The room was big and furnished as descriped. Sadly the hostel was not clean at all. We had lots of ants in the room when we arrived. The van was dusty and the hallway full of moths. The room also smelled weird.

It is truly a homestay. For my liking a bit too far away from western standards. The bed is exceptionally hard, the AC has a life of its own and the room had a couple mosquitoes (there was no mosquito net nor cover for the windows). Room was spacious.

Stayed in a private room. They could park my motorcycle inside when I arrived late at night. I was very grateful for this. The TV didn't have Netflix but everything else was good.

Staff were nice and the private room was large but did not seem cleaned since the last person. There was a dirty towel and mug in the room and items in the fridge and bathroom. However- it is nice to have a fridge. The comforter had stains. The water was not hot.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt I had to so others were aware. The hostel is good overall, dorms and beds are really nice however I found bedbugs in my bed on multiple nights. The staff were pretty good and offered me a discounted price once I showed them photos. Overall a decent stay, bedbugs were the only drawback.

I got recommended this place but I struggle to find why because it was below avg it’s really out the way staff was awkward didn’t enjoy my stay at all

We had a lovely stay at the lovenote home. Everybody was really nice and every bed had their own little cupboard attached to it, a small towel and even some hygiene articles were provided. On top of that, everybody gets a locker that can be locked with a key. The only slightly negative thing was, that some of the workers didn’t really speak a lot of English and sometimes didn’t understand what we were asking for at all and the door to the room couldn’t be locked. We were happy to stay!

Friendly staff and definitely one of the cheaper hostels in HCM. However, when we arrived our room was FULL of mosquitos. The staff quickly sorted this out but was not a good start as the bathroom window was left wide open. The surrounding area is quiet and most popular areas are easily accessible by a short cab.

De passage pour une nuit car je voulais être proche de la gare, ce qui est tout à fait le cas. A par ça, l'hostel offre un cadre très agréable et reposant avec des dortoirs propres et spacieux.

I just stayed overnight at the Lovenote Home. But for that it was super. It was about a 20 Minutes Grab drive from the Airport away (thats why I booked it). Overall the receptionist was very friendly and kind. I received 2 bootles of water at check in. The room was spacious had an vent, an ac, a shower and a great bed. To the inner city its about a 15 minutes motorbike Grab ride. By Grab car it might be longer. Especially during the rush hour times. In walking distance you find a lot of small re...

Passable pour 1-2 nuits rapides, pas chères avant l'avion, c'était notre objectif. Personnel sympathique, ambiance cosy dans l'hôtel 👍 Chambre sale, moisissures partout dans la douche, chambre remplie de moustiques donc également de dizaines de moustiques écrasés du sol au plafond. Les oreillers sente fortement la transpiration... Quartier Bruyant, évidemment un chien qui aboient 3x/h, 35 min à pied du centre.

The owner of the hostel is a very friendly, kind and helpful person. she arranges and accompanies a very informative tour to the floating market and to the forest. Her English is very good. She also helped us to book our tickets to the next destination, etc. The rooms are neat, exactly as described, there is a beautiful garden and a nice terrace for the guests. Her family is lovely and we felt very welcome and at home. very recommendable.

Lovely vibe — cozy, calm, and super laid-back. The staff are really friendly and speak enough English for everyday things, though extending my stay or changing rooms didn’t always come across perfectly. Still, I felt great here and was always warmly greeted and helped by the team. It’s not a social hostel and they don’t organize activities, but I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend it.

Nettes Personal, tolle Unterkunft etwas abseits des Zentrums

extremely cozy and calm place to stay. i was only here one night and i wish i could’ve stayed longer

As hostel dorm beds go, this was a really good bed situation. So much storage, comfy bed. Mini desk, light, sockets, cupboards, shelves and even a drawer. The reason why my rating isn’t higher is because the atmosphere wasn’t great, not so friendly and strange set up where it didn’t feel like there was a communal area. It didn’t feel so clean either and when I arrived there was hair on my bed. Close to some good nail salons and cafes!

Very comfortable bed, big locker for luggage, small locker next to bed, extra room for personal belongings. Good air conditioning. Toilet and communal spaces are ok. It’s a clean and cosy hostel where to rest.

This was a really nice spot! The price is good too! The room we had was huge and really nice! We felt very lucky! The communal areas were nice too- though the kitchen seemed to be more of a storage area- but we didn’t mind! We loved our stay

I slept in a dorm of 8. Beds felt private - it is well made with curtains, extra shelves, large space. The shared bathroom can be improved - better cleaning, some modernizations, and a separation of the shower (wall, curtains) from the rest.

The family is nice, but the hostel is not close to the city centre as advertised. Yes it is a short grab, but you could not walk to district 1. Additionally, when our clothes were washed, they did not look clean when given back and had shrunk in the drier. Staff are also not aware of local areas, such as where to print a visa. Also, there is NO FOOD OR RESTAURANT AT THIS HOSTEL! When we booked in, they said there was breakfast, but when we inquired about eating or having a coffee, they said No
