+ Ens van robar diners a l’habitació mentre esmorzavem al mateix hotel. Mala experiencia amb el personal i dificultat per comunicar-te. No hi ha assenssor.
- Tot malament.

- The staff was very greedy and the food was terrible and the smell of the place is a disaster and the room was completely different than the pictures I don't recommend this place at all

+ The young staffs were very courteous, apologetic and tried to be helpful although they were under a lot of stress and pressure from servicing hotel guests and being waiters at the same time. And with the hotel owner scalding and snapping at them. Although our stay was a terrible one, a terrible start to our Vietnam trip the two young male staffs were rays of hope for the remainder of our trip. I tipped them well as I admired their resilience.
- The owner was rude and demanded an extra 3% charge on top of booking.com's advertised amount. We have already provided my credit card details and confirmed the booking and the agreed costs, way in advance. Following that the owner ignored all our requests for the 3nights stay. We couldn't relocate as the payment was not return when we requested. We asked for refund because property had no lift and my partner and elderly traveling companion had problems walking. Climbing 4 flights of stairs was a huge issue for us. The owner even said "I don't care" when we tried to let him know we decided not to use the hotels' services to book tours. We didn't use his services to book tours because his charge was $1.9mil VND when outside tourist booking places charges $1.1mil VND. He was so visible angry that it scared my partner. Such a rude person so not be in hospitality. Also, The hotel doubles as a restaurant, which is good but that meant there were no staffs to service the hotel's guests. We tried to asked for the daily allowance of 2 bottle water and was told they were too busy with serving other diners from the streets (not guests). That they can assist when the diners have left. Waited and waited and no service. Please also note this property has no lift and my partner who is using a walking stick had trouble walking up the flights of stairs. This no lift is not mentioned in the booking.com ad. When we asked for change of rooms to the lowest floor the young staff was able to change one of the two rooms we booked. Still, it was the 2nd and & 4th floor. Our other travelling couple were elderly and also had problem walking the stairs.

Did not know the na nue had no lift so they sent us to their other family hotel name the one /dash tony saigon / Nanuet hotel At the tony Saigon we had to pay for our stay not knowing you had already taken payment for th na nue Now we have paid twice and are requesting a refund from you for one hotel payment when we booked our holiday it said a lift in the hotel there was none so na nue helped us out your company needs to check your advertising as was are out of pocket $448 When can we expect our refund. + La ubicación en pleno centro, que eso también es una cosa en contra por el ruido. Para lo que pagas está muy bien para pasar una noche. El desayuno justo, pero cumple.
- El aire acondicionado tiene más años que Matusalén,necesita una revisión y la nevera hace ruido, aunque está bien tener una en la habitación.
The location in the center, which is also a thing against noise. For what you pay it's very good to spend a night. The breakfast is fair, but it does. The air conditioning is older than Methuselah, needs a repair and the refrigerator is noisy, although it's okay to have one in the room.

+ Oh dear what a shocking place… unclean, wires hanging out of bedroom wall… grubby .. nothing like the photo online and down a dingy dirty lane .. entry through smoke cloud . Then up dirty dingy stairs to a room like solitary confinement…air con was not working well and rattled all night .. No window or air flow .. layer of dust on bed head .. only slept one night after late arrival left asap next morning … no one spoke English … Do not recommend this place at all … when just around the corner we we welcomed with smiles cleanliness and comfort and similar price ..

+ Thank you Na Nue Hotel for the 3 nights stay in your hotel. The foods are so great with friendly and approachable staff. The place is so close to everything.
- No bidet and too hot water coming out from the shower. I tried to adjust the water temperature but not working.

- The pictures of the room posted online made it look brand new, but in reality, it was very old. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the breakfast lacked variety.
+ 가성비.위치는 매일저녁 부이비엥 거리를 헤메일 정도로 좋아요. 친절함도 투어가 식사전 예약인데도 미리 조식도 준비해 주셔서 먹고 갈 수 있게 해주었어요.😊
- 엘리베이터가 없어 5층을 오르내기는 좀 힘들었으나 캐리어는 도르레로 가능하여 다행이었음. 운동이라 생각하면 좋을 듯

+ Ascenseur pour le 4eme étage ! Matelas plutôt confortable !
- Changement d’hôtel à mon arrivée, on m’a déplacé plus bas dans la rue dans un autre hôtel alors que j’avais prévenu de mon arrivée à 20h ! Trop de bruit la nuit, climatisation bruyante, et chambre non conforme aux photos du site…
