Worst hotel and kitchen in my life

The restaurant is permanently closed. Too bad they didn't update it - as we came especially for the vegan food by foot and were disappointed to find out on location.

WARNING TO TRAVELERS: you may get by without a problem, but you may have the most terrible experience you have ever had traveling such as mine! I was yelled at, and my money was held until I demanded it by threatening police intervention. More details below. I arrived at the hostel on August 26th. That evening I had dinner and paid for the dinner and two nights in the dorm room with cash. I did not receive a receipt. Very slow service

Fyi hostel is closed since December... Maybe you could say it on your website...

I only know that they don't serve food at 6 pm, and that the 1 downstairs toilet for ladies is broken (seat), impossible to use, and lock not secure, another woman broke into bathroom while I was using it. Highly unpleasant experience, walking to the place for food, then having to drive back to Sofia hungry.

We stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The owner was very friendly and cooked us a good breakfast free of charge. The room was nice enough and included an ensuite. It was a great price too.

נהנתי מאוד להיות בהוסטל של סטפן, נשארתי אפילו יותר ממה שתכננתי. מסודר נקי, הכנסת אורחים יפה

excelente desayuno trato cordial muy amables un lugar perfecto para descansar construcción típica antigua de la montaña de Bansko y puedes tener entrañables conversaciones con el dueño
