Extremely unsafe and DIRTY. I am a solo female traveler and i felt so uncomfortable at my stay here from the staff harrassing at night and being disgustingly creepy ( NOT A PLACE FOR WOMEN). My bed was INFESTED with bed bugs and gave me horrible bug bites I have had to go to the doctors as it has infected my skin. This place shoulshould be shut down for the unsafe unregulated standards . THE ROOMS ARE NEVER CLEANED AND BATHROONS ARE smelly and dirty. I BEG no women stay here for your safety. Update after the owner's response: After reading your response, I feel the need to clarify what actually happened because instead of addressing my concerns, you chose to attack me and call me a liar. First of all, your staff did not leave me alone for a single second. Every time they saw me, they stopped me to talk, told me they wanted to be my boyfriend, asked me to marry them, and constantly tried to get my attention. As a solo female traveller, this made me extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I came to Bangkok to enjoy my trip, not to be bothered every time I walked through the hostel. Regarding the refund: when I came to reception after waking up covered in bites, I explained that I no longer felt comfortable staying there. Your first response was not to help me. You repeatedly told me to "just change to another bed" and said you would not refund that night's stay because it was already after check-out time. I clearly said I did not want another bed and wanted to leave the hostel completely. You only agreed to refund me after I insisted multiple and you didnt even want to try to understand me. After that, you specifically asked me not to leave a bad review. So stop pretending I tried to "blackmail" or "extort" you. Whether the bites were caused by bed bugs or something else, I woke up with dozens of bites all over my body after sleeping in that bed for ONE NIGHT. That was my experience, and it is the reason I decided to leave immediately. My dorm bed didn't even have privacy curtains, and several men in the room made me feel very unsafe. They constantly stared at me, and I even woke up during the night because I felt someone intensely watching me. That feeling alone was enough for me to decide I did not want to spend another night there. You also misrepresented the situation with my friend. At first, you wanted to charge her 100 THB to leave her suitcase for a few hours. When she said she would rather leave it somewhere else, the manager suddenly said she could leave it there for free. She picked it up later that evening without any issue. So your version of events is not accurate either. Instead of taking feedback seriously, you chose to accuse me of lying and tried to discredit my experience. This review reflects exactly what I experienced during my stay. Future guests can read both my review and your response and decide for themselves. I stand by everything I wrote.
