   I was allowed an early check in at no extra cost - extremely dirty showers and bathrooms - toilets were clogged the whole time - asked when the toilets would be unclogged, the solution was “Oh, they’ll clean up there in like half an hour” - I saw some bugs crawling under the beds, the host didn’t care at all when I told him and one of his workers told me he’d “look into it” - extremely bad atmosphere, basically only men there - as a woman I felt really unsafe, I got harassed every time I left my room and there was always a big group of men sitting outside the dorm, they catcalled me, made sexual jokes, weird retching sounds and smoked directly into everyone’s fresh laundry - host tried to flirt with me and didn’t stop even though I was visibly uncomfortable - the “breakfast buffet” is three options (toast with egg, toast with different egg and toast with fruit), and I was told that there’s only the first two options available

   - einer vom Personal war nett - Gute Lage - Personal zieht dich ab. Preis auf Booking nicht akzeptiert, verlangen mehr. Akzeptierte kein Widerspruch - Bad immer dreckig, Toilette zu 90% verstopft und eigentlich immer dreckig - Tür von einer Toilette ausgebaut - creepy Männer vor dem Schlafsaalen - in einem Frauenschlafsaal ein Mann, angeblich vom Personal und er eünscht dort zu schlafen Tipp: Gebt 3-4€ mehr aus und bleibt wo anders

   Avoid - dirty and disgusting. If I’d have been in a dorm I would have left immediately. Filled with creepy men. Stayed one night and left early. As we left a man was yelling at and threatening staff with a beer bottle. Do not go here

   DON‘T STAY HERE! Especially as a female! I don’t understand all the positive reviews on Agoda! My worst hostel experience in 2 years of travelling! The first time I really felt unsafe in a hostel! I was the only woman at that time in the hostel, among ~ 20 men. I‘m not racist at all but especially a group of like ten black man really made me feel uncomfortable - and I was told a few of them are staff! They are smoking weed constantly, made comments when I walked by, were looking at me all the time and a few of them tried to hit on me. The worst was, when one of the staff would come to my bed (no curtains, but I even hung a towel!) and would try to get my number. When I told him I have a boyfriend he was like: „But you’re travelling, you should enjoy yourself a little! Relax!“ „I want to improve my English, let’s just talk a little!“ When I told him ‚No, find someone else‘ he said: „You know I‘m staff here, you have to talk to me“. I closed my „curtains“ and ignored him - HOW can people be like that? Other than that I have never seen any of the men working! The bathrooms are filthy as well, no toilet paper, no working flush & watergun. And the free breakfast is also a joke - just marketing. The first night the AC was broken and it was unbearably hot - I couldn’t sleep, the 2nd night the AC was working again but the electricity went off 3 times. + the Wifi is kinda bad! PLEASE anyone! AVOID this hostel at all costs and invest a few more bucks for your own sanity!

   NEVER STAY AT THIS HOSTEL – THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS! They charged my bank account even though I canceled my booking and did not stay overnight. I initially booked 2 nights. After the first night, I went out into the city during the day, and when I returned, I found that my bed had been given to another person, and I was moved to a different bed. After the second night, I needed to stay one more night in the city, so I made a new booking. However, the same bed issue happened again: when I returned during the day, a new person was on my bed. I informed the administrator that constantly changing my bed and giving it to new guests was unacceptable, especially since there were other free beds in the hostel. The administrator told me to move to another bed. I explained that this is my bed, my belongings are there, and the new guest should move to a different bed. The administrator said literally: "This is not Europe; everyone sleeps wherever they want, you can fight and decide whose bed it is." After hearing this, no self-respecting person would stay in such a place. I asked if I could cancel the booking without charge. The administrator returned the cash I had already paid and assured me that no money would be withdrawn from my bank account. I found a new hostel. The next morning, I discovered that the money had been withdrawn from my bank account, and a few hours later, the hostel canceled my booking. It is clear that the hostel administrator deliberately waited a day to charge me and then canceled the booking, probably to prevent me from leaving a negative review. Regarding the hostel "facilities": - The power outlets near the beds do not work. - There are no curtains. - The air conditioner runs all night at 16°C, making it extremely cold, and the administration ignores requests to raise the temperature. - Toilet flushes are broken, making it difficult to flush. - Some showers only provide lukewarm water, and some are broken. - There are no basic amenities such as free drinking water, towels, soap, or shampoo.

   Nothing, it was shit, do not book there. If you book through booking.com you will automatically lose the cost of the booking, then on arrival you will be asked to pay in cash over the counter, with the reassurance from an old guy (South African owner) telling you earnestly that it will all be returned or even never taken out of your account and it was only used to verify the booking🤷🏻‍♀️ Confused yet, well I am. All of this is a lie of course. You will pay double and have to talk to your bank to get the money back because these people are shameless criminals. I hated every single minute of it. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in to date. Just dirty living criminals. Scum. Prison fodda. No civil decency. Like lunatics running the asylum. Close it down! They ripped me off on the booking for $8.10 or 272B. The reception tried to steal 1000 baht by throwing the note under the counter.. The receptionist lied about fumigating the room and the number of mosquitos.. They lied about the price, deliberately confusing 350BAHT with 350,000LAK. It was really dirty, so dirty that creepy crawlies could feed. The owner was in denial and pretending not to be the owner. They refused to return the $8.10 I could not sleep for the mosquitos in the room. The breakfast was bread and coffee, the basics like prison food. Never again. I will get that $8.10/272B back anyway. These people are criminals, taking advantage of backpackers and tourists alike. No window in the room. Criminal staff. It was unacceptable. Shut it down! Just a mark.

   DO NOT STAY HERE! Off vibes & a man thought it was ok to come onto my bed and touch me and u felt very uncomfortable and unsafe - if you are a young female solo back packer do not bother

   Dodgy - Overcharged me for the room and then after I paid told me that the hostel was overbooked and I would need to move to another hotel Honestly I would avoid this place at all costs. I arrived in the evening and on checking in the receptionist informed me of the price in USD. When I requested to pay in kip, he charged me an exorbitant exchange rate. Then AFTER I had paid, he informed me that they had a overbooked the hostel and I would have to stay in a nearby hotel. To only inform me of this after I had paid is really poor. Looking at previous reviews, several other people have had similar experience Then he offered to drive me on a scooter to a nearby hotel owned by the same owners. If you are put in the same situation, I would avoid this and the receptionist was obviously new to driving a scooter and wobbled on turns. The other hotel is called "memory hotel" and thankfully it was in a nearby. The rooms were not clean and the walls were paper thin but you get what you pay for. The whole vibe of the hostel and the other hotel was definitely off. Outside the hotel at 8am in the morning, the workers were still drinking beers presumably from the night before ------------------ Update A day after my stay the hostel marked with booking.com that I did not show. I have no idea why, but I presume this was to stop me leaving a bad review there as well. More dodgy behaviour

   Breakfast was okay, the location is good. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR BELONGINGS!! During my trip to vang vieng I always had the backpack close by and didnt take out the money until I was at the new hotel, where I found it to be gone. So be careful with your belongings, the staff was really rude when I called them about the money. We had a hole in the bed so could only sleep on one side. No toilet paper. The window of the double bed room is not a real outside window, but showing towards the inside of the hostel, a lot of light enters during the night as the curtains are not really dark.

    WORST HOSTEL I’VE STAYED IN!!!!! I checked out 2 hours after arriving due to how awful it was. The whole place was dirty and the room had a horrible smell. One of the members of staff made me feel really uncomfortable as they were clearly high and asked me if I take drugs. When he spoke to me he kept looking me up and down and watched me walk away. He also would just let himself into our room without knocking first. This is the first time on my travels I’ve ever felt unsafe. Do not stay here!!!!

    The location is okay I was charged twice- on my card and in cash. The owner said he would sort it out but didn’t bother. The internet is terrible and the place is dirty

The person in the same room said that the housekeeper had touched the bed. I told this to reception, but they did not take any action. I told the receptionist that I would write a review about this. If you stay here, please be aware that the housekeeper is a thief.

    Do not book a room at agoda for this hostel🚫✋✋✋they charge cash from you when you leave it will be deducted from your credit card And the reason wouldn't recommend it is that the two girls in the reception don't take the customer seriously and they laugh at customers, 😡😡😡😡🫵
