Tuve que pedir cambio de cama la primera noche porque no pude dormir de la picazón. Después le dieron la misma cama a un amigo y a el le pasó lo mismo. Tener cuidado con los bed bugs. La última noche me costó dormir por la fiesta y gritos que se escuchaban de un edificio vecino y además me despertaron los martillazos de una construcción al frente de mi ventana a las 6 am.

really lovely hostel, unfortunately I had some issues with bed bugs but they were very accommodating and offered to move me immediately, the staff were lovely and I know they're working hard to fix the problem asap. aside from that great location, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and helped organise some tours for me

In the first room I got bed bugs. (I know, it can happen in the best hotels) They gave me a new room but no refund. Mattress is really thin and hard. Rooms are super cold. Must be lucky to get really hot water. Not soundproof. Bring some earplugs.
