- I stayed at this hostel from April 19th to 24th. On the morning of the 24th, I woke up to find my bag open and my money stolen. I went straight to the police to file a report, as anyone would do anywhere in the world. I returned to the hostel accompanied by the police, and instead of receiving support, the staff reacted with hostility and aggression. One of the employees (about 6'1", light brown curly hair, several earrings and tattoos) acted in a threatening and confrontational way, and a female staff member had to step in to calm him down. That same staff member accused me of lying, claimed the money "never existed," and told me to pack my things and leave. He even mocked me by saying not to forget a gold box or something like that, as if I had made the whole thing up. He insisted going to the police was pointless, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I can prove I had that money. And honestly, who would choose to spend their time dealing with the police and filing reports instead of enjoying a paradise beach—unless something truly serious had happened? ⚠️ I absolutely do not recommend this place. There's no safety, no support, and no basic human respect from the staff.

- Casi todo . Nos alojamos solamente una noche y menos mal . El precio q hemos pagado por bungalow con baño incluido nada q ver con expectativas . Baño tenía agujero en el suelo , literalmente . Mosquitos , bichitos de todo , tenía q pedir toallas porque tampoco nos dejaron. Por este precio teníamos muchas mejores estanicias. Podrían limpiar y cuidar más este sitio

- Vorsicht Bettwanzen!! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel war leider alles andere als angenehm. Die Badezimmer waren in einem miserablen Zustand. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war niedrig und aus den fünf vorhandenen Waschbecken funktionierten lediglich zwei. Der allgemeine Zustand der sanitären Anlagen war schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Während unseres Aufenthalts bemerkten wir einen ungewöhnlichen Hautausschlag, den wir vorerst nicht einordnen konnten. Am letzten Abend stießen wir auf vermehrte Google Rezensionen, die von einer Bettwanzenplage berichteten. Daraufhin durchsuchten wir unsere Betten und entdeckten nach kurzer Zeit die Bettwanzen. Nach einer langen Nacht ohne Schlaf informierten wir die Rezeption von dem Befall in unserem Zimmer. Die Rezeption reagierte sehr kulant, als wir das Problem meldeten. Die Nacht wurde uns erstattet und das Personal half uns vorerst die Bettwanzenplage in unserem Gepäck einzudämmen. Nichtsdestotrotz ist dieses Hostel aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände und der defekten Einrichtungen nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
+ Location is good for a short stay. Our stay was AWFUL and we had to leave and even though the blonde lady was arrogant, had no customer service skills whatsoever and was incredibly unhelpful, I'd like to mention there was a Thai man who did apologise and seemed genuinely appalled at the state of the place they had put us in, he was in fact the person who pointed out and explained that animals/insects would come through the holes in the ceiling as he pointed them out with a flash light.
- Unfortunately our experience in this accommodation was awful. The so called "bungalow" was not what we expected and when we asked for a change of room on arrival they mentioned that the bunk beds in the shared room had bed bugs. We stayed here for the first night, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, there is just one small fan, only one spotlight working and only one window (which we kept shut during the whole night luckily) there are holes all over the ceiling and we had to ask for a change of sheets. We really wanted to give this place a chance but unfortunately when we arrived on our second night (about 8pm) a squirrel of some sort had come through the holes in the "bungalow" (shed!) ceiling and left a gift for us on the bed! While we were trying to find (battling) another option for us with an extremely unhelpful blonde lady member of staff, a gigantic spider crawled up the curtain by the bed. We were told there was no option to refund us the money and that there was only a couple beds left (the ones with bed bugs from the previous night). This lady did not apologise once and kept making comments about how most people don't mind (even after the muck on our bed and the massive spider...). It was only when mentioning contacting booking about the situation and insisting on how you cannot rent this type of place as accomodation that we finally managed to get our money back (only for the remaining night unfortunately). This lady didn't offer us any help in finding another place to stay and as mentioned, never apologised.

- Luogo sporchissimo, letti pieni di cimici.. ti risvegli la notte con il corpo pieno di cimici che salgono dal muro e in testa. In bagno non hanno una doccia ma bisogna lavarsi con il doccino del cesso ( wc) . Volontari superficiali e scazzati mentre lavorano.
- Most of the beds in the room had bed bugs so we had to go to de beach to sleep. The staff was rude and didn’t want to give money back, toilets very dirty and almost no water in the shower. Worst hostel I stayed in my life, not even worth the price.

- Seitdem das hostel verkauft ist und neue Besitzer hat, ist der ort einfach der letzte dreck. Die Besitzerin unfassbar frech und hat überhaupt keine Ahnung wie man mit Gästen umgeht

Great atmosphere, amazing common area. Close to the pier yet feels secluded. My favorite common area I’ve been in yet. Rooms are clean and AC works well. Incudes gym area with minimal but functional equipment. Clean and orderly. Unfortunately, the bathrooms need a bit of work. The hostel is still being renovated and fixed and the bathrooms are a bit underwhelming. Weak shower pressure and not the cleanest toilets. Overall a great hostel that makes you feel like you’re not surrounded by euro...

+ Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Peer bzw. zum 7-Eleven. Es gibt mehrere Orte im Hostel wo man sich gut aufhalten und andere Bewohner treffen kann. Der Billiardtisch hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, war aber eine schöne Bereicherung.
- Die Deutschen hatten recht wenig Druck, aber es hat funktioniert. Es hat wenige Duschen und Toiletten, musste aber trotzdem nie lange warten. Die Ausstattung der Toiletten war nicht luxuriös, aber auch nicht eklig.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the room is cold and spacious, and the beds were really comfy, no curtains though, and we only had one shared bathroom. Still my favourite place we stayed in Koh Tao and had a fun social vibe.
The location of this hostel was good, however - the room we were staying in had two full length windows with no curtains and the beds felt very unstable. Although, the bathrooms were decent enough and staff were nice.

+ Gute Lage. Zimmer war okay.
- Dreckiges und teils kaputtes Gemeinschaftsbad. Beim Check-in mussten wir 20-30 Minuten warten. Vieles muss restauriert werden.
+ The place was great, the staff we’re amazing and very nice! Good place to chill out, and enjoy the island. Also great place to meet people!
+ Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und super eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr groß und gemütlich. Leider staut sich die Hitze im Zimmer, da hat der Ventilator nicht viel geholfen.
- Aktuell finden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, weshalb es eventuell ein wenig unordentlicher aussieht Das Badezimmer sowie die Toiletten sind sehr dunkel und etwas heruntergekommen.
Unfortunately this wasn’t a good place to stay. Rhe rooms are awful. It had one small light and it was so dark in there and the black roof did not help at all. The beds are three-stories and would be annoying to climb to the top one. No curtains or any privacy on the beds. The lockers are tiny and won’t hold all your stuff. And there is no lock on the door to the room so not safe. There was a ant and cockroach problem so had to leave. For this price I would expect a lot better.

- Bathrooms could use some updating
The sink needs to be fixed.. the faucet is misplaced to the point where you have to push your hands way forward to even touch the running water. The bathrooms have no windows or ventilation; they are like square concrete boxes. Other than that, its a decent hostel to stay at.
