- Trenimiz geç saatte eskişehirde olacağı için tren garına yakın olsun dye tuttuk.Çok kirli bir yer. Sabah olsun diğer otele geçelim diye bekledik. Odada tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Talep ettik talebimize dönülmedi. Duş bile almadık o kadar pis geldi her yer huylandık. Ağır bir koku vardı ve tozluydu her yer.

- Все было ужасно! Грязно! Общий санузел и душ! Не опрятно! Пыль! Волосы на постели чужие! Не понятно чистое постельное белье или нет, с дыркой от сигарет! Ремонта не было 200 лет! Все очень уставшее! Грязные окна и жалюзи! Обстановка не приятная! Какое то липкое пятно на полу то ли от клея, то ли от чего не понятно… Списали деньги с карты за бронь которую я не подтвердила! Меня нет, я не приехала, все равно списали, пришлось ехать разбираться, вернуть и отменить не получилось, в итоге остались на одну ночь, которую я никогда не забуду, на вторую ночь не могла остаться, настолько все было ужасно, вернули только за третью ночь… Никому не советую там останавливаться! Мой шок был в шоке и до сих пор не оправился!!!

+ Casi nada la verdad, solo que estaba cerca del centro.
- Para empezar no habia nadie en recepcion ni cuando llegue ni cuando me fui. Hice autocheck in y auto check out. Por otro lado, la segunda puerta de mi habitación no cerraba se notaba vulnerable y tuvimos que mover el ropero y poner nuestraa maletas para que nadie abra por ahi porque teniamos laptops.
there is nobody in the hotel. we checked in by phone. owners or ppl from reception never came. we were staying alone there all the time. it’s weird, hostels are always about communication and greeting people. also, it doesn’t feel safe, because there is no security, nobody is staying here. only cleaner was coming during the day. also, the hostel was so cold, even after turning on the heater, i was sleeping with my sweater. it’s impossible to take shower - the bathroom is freezing, wat...
+ Every now and again I see hostels on here with ratings that I just can't possibly understand. It literally feels like a Twilight Zone type experience that this place has such a high rating on here, and I'm a pretty low-maintenance gal. In the interest of objectiveness, I'll start with the positives: The location is great- you could easily walk here in five minutes from the train station. It's about a 20-minute walk from the center, and the street is quiet. The bed is very comfortable. Soft mattresses that seem new-ish, and (most) beds have privacy curtains, if you're into that. My bed didn't, but I don't care so much about this. The hostel has a hang out room and a kitchen in the basement. I didn't really use either of these, but they're available. There are no other hostels in the city that I know of.
- The room is stuffy and gets so humid because of the bathroom (which has no fan or window so it never really dries out). With four people in it, the floor also gets grimey really fast, and although the cleaning lady is there daily I never saw this get addressed. You can open the windows and this helps a bit, but there doesn't seem to be much air movement. A fan would help tremendously. Ultimately, the main issue is reception, or rather, lack thereof. I really, really wish I could explain in detail what happened so you could see what I mean, but booking has a word limit and the negatives just kept piling on top of one another, so I can't explain it at all without giving the story in full. In short, I got locked out for hours- the WhatsApp number they posted on the door didn't work. When I finally got in touch with them, they said they didn't give it to me because I didn't have a reservation in spite of my having talked to the owners daughter about it the day before (the only person I saw in my time there). When I finally got in touch with them, they charged me more than the listed price and couldn't even give me change because they were never there- they asked me to hide the cash in the kitchen when I left. I took photos of everything and they confirmed that everything was fine. Then they tried to tell booking that I never showed up for my reservation to charge my card again. The entire time they just seemed irritated that I contacted them at all, despite my trying to be as polite and easygoing as I could. I wish there was space to explain it all in full, but suffice it to say that the whole experience was incredibly negative. Mind, I'm a person who has happily slept on bus station floors, in brothels, and in cemeteries without complaint. I'm not an easy person to disappoint.

- ohhh.. Where should I start? There isn't any fridge at all, neither in the room nor in the kitchen. In the photos of our room on booking, the shower appears to be in the room, but in some rooms, there is another private bathroom outside the main room. After 00:00, there are no staff members available to assist you; no matter what happens, you're alone. At 00:06, I called their numbers and sent a message on booking, but the phone was calling in the kitchen and all of the staff had left. Neither in our room nor in the outside bathroom were there any hair dryers. Can you imagine? We couldn't find a hair dryer anywhere. We had to wait until morning to take hair dryer from reception. Finally, we managed to take a shower, but the water cut off while I was in the shower. Apparently, they forgot to balance the water supply.

+ I loved the location. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. I loved the privacy curtain un the bunkbeds.
- There were no hand towels to dry my hands after using the washroom. Since many used the one shower, it was a bit dirty with mud and hair.

+ Location is awesome
- No private bathroom even in single rooms and no kettle. I needed hot water to drink but there was no kettle , although they offered me a gas stove to boil the water :)

It was a functional place to stay in the city centre for a few nights. However, the stairs were unconvenient with big suitcases, the check in process took a bit too long, and the common areas were not in the best condition (especially the shower.) On the bright side, my room was better than I have expected (since I got a private room), but a bit too cold (just like the shower). Also the stuff was not the most knowledgeable about transportation, so I ended up walking to the bus station at night.

+ De har tillåtit mig att förvara mitt bagage i köket nere i källaren tills incheckningstiden. Fastän jag har ankommit tidigt på morgonen har de skickat mig ingångskoden för att komma in och lämna mitt bagage. Likaså efter utcheckningstiden har de låtit mig förvara mitt bagage för ett par timmar. Läget är just perfekt nära järnvägsstationen och med många olika dagligvarubutiker (Bim, A101, Şok, MigrosJet...) i ett par minuters gångavstånd.
- Wifit var dåligt, men det ser ut att vara ett bekymmer överallt i Turkiet.

It was clean and well location and internet was good
+ Well it was cheaper than other hotels. Small room but clean. Close to the bar street and river side where there are lots of cafés. When I was there it didn’t seem like a hostel. There was probably one more guest in the hostel. A small place but don’t expect hostel vibes.

- L’auberge est bien située et facile à trouver, mais l’escalier menant aux chambres est très étroit. Cela peut être gênant si vous avez de grosses valises ou en cas d’affluence dans les couloirs.
A very clean and lovely place. Everything I needed was provided, and the location is right next to the train station
+ Einzelnes Zimmer war nützlich eingerichtet. Gemeinschaftsbad sehr sauber, Küche zum Mitbenutzen ebenfalls. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen.
- Keine Klimaanlage, dafür allerdings einen Ventilator.

+ I like the hostel concept, minimalistic. Bunk beds have curtain, provide room locker and key. Clean bathroom. Location is perfect, near the river and center. Staff is helpful.
+ Near the station. Reasonable price.
- There was no staff. To check in, I needed to send them messages in front of the entrance. They should send how to check in beforehand. I couldn’t use a washing machine because it was out of order. No elevator.
