I moved to another place after 4 nights. Best decision ever! There’s so much molt, this is super unhealthy. It's everywhere. The bathroom, the bedroom etc. There’s no real towels given, only hand towels, which is super small and impossible to dry your whole body. The smell everywhere is super bad and the internet is horrible. Doesn’t even allow for voice calls which makes it impossible to work. Staff is not helpful neither friendly at all. Price isn't good either, much better places avail...
The female dorms are located in a basement. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm which lacked proper ventilation. I have complained about the wet unpleasant smell. the reception and open kitchen with breakfast area are also in the basement. In order to use showers/toilet you have to walk through the breakfast area. After 10 pm the AC in the breakfast area was turned off. There must be an issue with the ventilation as it wad smelling a bit like sewer/toilet. I have booked 8 nights but left after 4 nights.
En general está bastante bien, es moderno, limpio y con muy buena ubicación. Los puntos negativos son: el buffet del desayuno es bastante escaso, hay tostadas leche con cereales y zumo, no hay nada salado. Al llegar e ir a pagar la estancia, nos dijeron que por pagar con tarjeta se añadía un 5% más al precio final, cosa que no ponía en ningún sitio y ya estaba cerrado el precio final, por lo que me pareció bastante mal.
Overall it is pretty good, it is modern, clean and with a very good location. the negative points are: the breakfast buffet is quite sparse, there are milk toast with cereal and juice, there is nothing salty. when we arrived and went to pay for the stay, we were told that for paying with card, 5% more was added to the final price, something that I did not put anywhere and the final price was already closed, so it seemed quite bad to me.
The beds are big, comfortable and private with curtains. You are assigned a private locker with a coded lock which is great, and there is free breakfast and coffee. The bathrooms need some work, there isn’t any shelf space to put your belongings down and every surface is wet. Also, I don’t know what’s going on with the ventilation but the entire main floor, bathrooms and female dorm smells like a sewer. Cleanliness was one main concern for me (stayed in female dorm) — the showers felt dirty. You don’t flush TP (this is common in SK), however, trash bins were overflowing which felt a little dirty. When showering, every day and in different showers, there were little flies. No conditioner, so bring your own. Towels are tiny. Also, VERY loud roommates at 1am with no way to address these issues. However this all being said, I would return. It was great location, great price, and I felt safe.

Great location if you want to try the famous street food. Also great location for buses.
Leuk hostel maar wel niet zoveel geld waard. Jammer genoeg is accommodatie in Seoul nu eenmaal zo duur.
It's a nice hostel but not worth that much money, unfortunately accommodation in Seoul is now so expensive.
TV didn't work, not a big issue but good to know. you did hear all the rooms next door clearly. had a private room.
Strategic location in Myeongdong Staffs are helpful and friendly. Environment is clean and spacious. nice balcony Strongly recommend to stay here.

Great location. Comfortable, private beds with curtains. Good to have access to basic kitchen facilities and simple free breakfast. Not much of a social vibe when I was there.
I only stayed for about 6 hours but email correspondence was great and would stay there again. Comfortable and clean

Great hostel - probably the best infrastructure I’ve had so far! The guys on the reception were nice and breakfast was great! Lots of older people and families so wouldn’t recommend if you’re a young solo traveler looking for making friends.
The beds were comfy and has plugs for all types of plugs so no need for an adaptor while in bed. Breakfast is basic toast and cereal, coffee and tea were provided as well. Staff very extra friendly and helpful. I've met plenty of solo travelers while hanging out in the common area, def more of a chill vibe vs a party hostel. On a hill a few streets away from myeondong. The only thing to work on is the maintenance of the bathrooms, it could be a bit cleaner as there was a smell and flies.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, ever. It’s sparkling clean, with great location, simple breakfast, super safe, spectacular location, really comfortable and with kind/friendly staff.
