- El aseo de los baños muy deficiente. El aseo de la ropa de cama sucio.

- Pieza ruidosa, sin mueble para dejar la ropa, no dormí con el ruido de la calle, ruido habitacion de arriba, había un horario de silencio que nadie respetó, cama dura.

- Desayuno paupérrimo, habitaciones no estaban en condiciones de recibir personas

- Muy sucio ,falta invertir en poner algún clóset o alguna silla en las habitaciones y hacer limpieza profunda ,paredes ,puertas sucias ,se corta el agua y problemas con el agua caliente . Cama cómoda colchón en buenas condiciones ,ropa de cama como frazadas y plumón sucio con olor desagradable .desayuno deficiente .
+ El recepcionista estaba drogado, era desubicado y asolapado. Hizo sentir a mi pareja incomoda en más de una vez y él mismo nos dijo que comió hongos, el resto de voluntarios un 7 pero Benjamin ni un brillo y 0 conciencia de responsabilidad por su trabajo

Le personnel était sympathique mais les salles de bains étaient très sales. Dans la cuisine seule la moitié des feux sont utilisables et les fours sont inutilisables. De plus les chambres qui donnent sur la route sont extrêmement bruyantes.
The staff was friendly but the bathrooms were very dirty. in the kitchen only half of the fires are usable and the ovens are unusable. plus the rooms overlooking the road are extremely noisy.
Die Bilder der Unterkunft beschönigen die. Entspricht nicht, wie es dort aussieht. Das Hostel hatte nur Volunteers und es hängt davon ab, wie motiviert die sind, wir wurden erstmal ignoriert. Kartenzahlung kostet 19% Aufpreis, was nirgends vorher steht Generell wäre eine Grundreinigung nötig.
The pictures of the accommodation embellish it. don't respond to how it looks there. the hostel had only volunteers and it depends on how motivated they are, we were ignored at first. card payment costs 19% surcharge, which is nowhere before Generally would be a basic cleaning needed.
Absolutely dirty beds, old matrazes, bad smell in the room which comes everytime you close the door. Only 3 bathrooms which are almost everytime occupied. No comfortable chillout place.
The biggest problem of the hostel is that there are not enough bathrooms. Often you need to queue. Staff is very nice but relying on volunteers a lot. So we were kucky. Cleanliness could be much better. There is not acoustic insulation so you hear if others are partying, or if the rooster in the street is singing at 6am.

Not enough bathrooms, the bathrooms and kitchen were so dirty we didn’t wan to use them.

+ Staff molto gentile e disponibile, e la vibe dell’ostello era positiva. I bagni erano abbastanza puliti. Non c’è asciuga capelli, e la colazione è misera (ci siamo comprate sempre qualcosa). Posizione ottima
- Camera privata senza finestre e molto buia, c’era muffa. La colazione era troppo poco, un toast con marmellata e caffè solubile

Muy buen lugar, céntrico, limpio, lindo. me gusto que hubiese diversidad en los huéspedes (familias con niños, adultos mayores, jóvenes etc) eso me motivo a volver, esta vez con mis hijos. La única sugerencia que puedo hacer es al llegar, solicitar cambio de sabanas y frazadas, ya que no estoy segura si fueron cambiadas para el próximo huésped (esta sugerencia creo que siempre debería considerarse, en cualquier lugar). las camas en sí, muy cómodas, descanse muy bien
I like that there was diversity in the guests (families with children, elderly, young people etc) that motivates me to come back, this time with my children. the only suggestion I can make is upon arrival, request a change of saunas and sheets, as I am not sure if they were changed for the next guest (this suggestion I think should always be considered, anywhere). the beds themselves, very comfortable, rest very well
