The receptionist is very nice. However, I feel obligated to warn you I found evidence of bed bugs.

Stayed here for 4 days and it was the worst decision. Got bed bugs infested on my bag and got it to my home country. Now we had to change all the mattress at home because of the bed bugs.

The worst hostel to stay in. There are bed bugs and they devoured my body. The bathrooms were dirty, always wet with urine and we had to walk around barefoot stepping in it. There was a girl who lived in the room where we practically couldn't breathe because she yelled at all of us who were there. Several people changed rooms because of that.

Todas las camas tenían chinches. Me cambiaron 3 veces de cama pero aun así tengo picaduras por todo el cuerpo y me las he tenido que llevar a casa porque justo al día siguiente tenía el vuelo de vuelta

The bathrooms were dirty and the wall by my bed had loads of stains on it. The room next to me had bed bugs so I had to keep my bag fully zipped up the whole time. A lot of older men stay in the rooms - I don’t recommend this hostel if you are a solo female backpacker.

N’allez pas dans cet hostel !!!! J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hostel ! Pendant 3 nuits je sentais des picotements et me je me grattais énormément la peau. Que ne fut ma surprise de découvrir des punaises de lit sur mon lit. J’en ai parlé à l’employé sur place qui n’avait pas l’air bien surpris ! J’ai demandé le remboursement afin de pouvoir traiter tous mes habits et mon sac ! Il ne m’a remboursé qu’une seule nuit après que j’ai dû insisté ! Il m’a dit qu’il allait ferme la chambre et est juste retourné à ses occupations ! L’allure des draps laissent à désirer j’ai mis moi même mes propres draps ! Ce n’est pas une auberge qui clean du tout ! Bien contente d’être sorti de cet enfer !

The rooms are dark and humid which leads to an unpleasant smell. We had read about bedbugs just the day we arrived and were unsure if we really wanted to stay. So, before paying we checked the beds and didn’t find anything… Fast forward to our last night I suddenly found up to 10 bedbugs… What surprised me was that my bed seemed used when we came back in the evening from our trip that exact night… Very upsetting, because until then everything seemed fine.

J’ai trouvé une punaise de lit sur mon matelas au moment de me coucher. La personne a la réception m’a affirmé être au courant de problèmes de punaises de lit dans l’hostel mais rien est fait.

Bed bugs everywhere

BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. I couldn't sleep my first nights because there were so many bed bugs and I checked out the next day. Walls were filthy too. The bathroom smelled soooo bad and we're not very clean. And they are aware of the bedbugs problem but don't do anything about it. At least I got my money back for my last night when I checked out

L’hostel ne correspond pas aux photos. C’est assez sale et mal entretenu. Lits vraiment pas confortables. Il y a des punaises de lits. Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant.

Il y a des punaises de lits dans cet établissement. Je ne recommande pas, après avoir regardé les avis Google je me suis rendue compte que c'est un problème qui dure depuis longtemps. Cela a vraiment altérer le début de mon voyage.

J’ai retrouvé une punaise de lit sur mon matelas en allant me coucher, j’en ai informé la réception qui m’ont affirmé être au courant du problème et ils m’ont seulement changé de chambre. Je ne recommande pas.

Not a lot really

The location is good and the price too. Staff is kind. The big problem is that they have a farm of bed bugs. I saw that is an old problem, so, I suppose they don't want to fix it.

Il y a des punaises de lit PARTOUT. Ça devrait vous suffire pour ne pas réserver Ils m’ont obligé à régler en cash à l’arrivée alors que j’avais déjà payé sur Booking. J’ai dû gérer avec Booking de mon côté pour obtenir un remboursement ce qui m’a pris 2 mois. Un mec a pisser sur mon lit puis s’est rendormi dans le lit d’à côté. Aucun geste n’a été fait, mis à part de me mettre dans un lit vide qui n’avait pas été nettoyé après le dernier client

Cimici da letto dappertutto… il letto ne era pieno,mi sono svegliata di notte e camminavano visibilmente sul letto e sul cuscino. Ho chiesto un rimborso della notte ma mi hanno rimborsato solo la notte futura che avevo prenotato ma che a causa delle cimici non ho potuto usare perché ho cambiato di corsa posto. Un rimborso della notte (passata insonne e non nel letto perché era impossibile) sarebbe stato d’obbligo, per lo meno, come segno di scuse. Le cimici da letto sono un problema e anche se frequente andrebbe fatta una disinfestazione per evitare di diffonderle ulteriormente, loro ignorano semplicemente il problema.

El lugar está infestado de chinches, todas las camas, todos los cuartos, las areas comunes. Es un espanto! This place is infested with bed bugs. All rooms, all beds, and common areas have them. It's disgusting!

Malheureusement j’ai du faire face aux punaises de lit dans cet hostel … une vraie galère en voyage. Le personnel a malgré tout été compréhensif et m’a remboursé l’intégralité de mon séjour suite à une demande de ma part.

At the beginning it was the room. 6 bunk beds, total 12 persons. Didn’t know that during booking. I don’t recall the number of person was mention in booking. Then, no light beside the bed, broken curtain, So couldn’t fully close the curtain. The bathroom liked dirty and toilet was smelly and the worst thing is that I got bitten by bedbugs(!) over 70 bites. When I told that to the guy siting in reception he wasn’t surprised and asks if I want another room. That’s all. This kind of places should pay compensation for bedbugs!

Reserve por 4 noches sin embargo solo pude estar 1 noche, las instalaciones en general son comodas, en el primer piso tienen una cafetería / restaurante, el personal es amable, la ubicación muy buena, cerca a Khaosan road, sin embargo mi cama en habitación compartida estaba llena de chinches, durante la noche informe en recepción y me cambiaron un par de veces a otras habitaciones compartidas y en todas encontraba chinches, otros huespedes tampoco pudieron dormir por la misma razón, se que es complicado controlarlos en habitaciones con tantas personas y tanto flujo de huéspedes, pero es imposible dormir con esos bichos!

Bed bugs. This was my 2nd time staying here in past 6months and both the time there were bed bugs. Less number of washroom and toilets.

빈대 있어요. (Bed bugs) 새벽 두시 반에 빈대때문에 가려움에 깸 직원이 별 대수롭지 않게 옆 침대로 옮겨준다는거 보니 이미 빈대있는 건 알고 있는 듯. 그냥 환불 해달라니까 카드수수료는 빼고 환불해준다는거 언쟁 후에 전체금액 환불 받음. 다음날 빈대 있다는 리뷰 남기려했는데 숙박 안했다고 숙소 측에서 예약 취소를 해버리는 바람에 리뷰도 못남겼다.. (지금은 왜 되는지 모름) 처음 호스텔 들어가서 신발 벗는에 신발 갯수가 무슨 난민수용소 수준으로 많았는데 그때 도망쳤어야 했다..

The bedsheet and blanket seem not clean enough, I had bed bugs and didn't sleep well enough for the first two days because I experienced itchiness and was very uncomfortable. There is a stain on the bedsheet.

It also just came to my attention that there are already many google reviews and booking.com reviews warning about this bedbugs issue which has been occurring for months and the hostel has made no action solving it. It's such as shame. Do not book this hostel if you don't want to carry bedbugs then.

Nous venons de quitter cette auberge et avons découvert BEAUCOUP de punaises de lit sur nos valises. En consultant les avis récents, il est clair que nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir ce problème. De plus, lors de notre dernière nuit, un mec a ouvert mon rideau pour pisser sur mon lit alors que j’étais entrain de dormir. Les couettes ne sont pas protégées par des draps, ce qui laisse sérieusement douter qu’elles soient changées entre chaque client. En plus, j’ai rencontré un problème de double paiement à cause d’un bug sur Booking. J’ai été obligée de payer la chambre deux fois : une fois en ligne, puis en espèces à mon arrivée. Le personnel m’a demandé de régler en espèces dès mon arrivée, et malgré mes explications, ils n’ont fait aucun effort pour comprendre ma situation. Pour avoir voulu faire quelques économies, nous nous retrouvons maintenant à traiter une infestation de punaises de lit à 23 heures à Bangkok, sans matériel adapté. À acheter de nouvelles valises car trop difficile à traiter en voyage. Cet hôtel a véritablement gâché nos 4 jours sur place et les jours à venir car on a maintenant très peur d’en ramener chez nous.

Mi cama tenía bedbugs, encontré al menos 4. El colchón es incomodo si buscas comodidad no es con esos colchones, aunque independiente ese no fue el problema. En la cama que estaba al lado mío, tuve un problema con la señora que dormía ahí, ya que, me apagó mis luces metiéndose dentro de mi espacio. No hay privacidad, algunas cortinas son cortas y no cubren todo el espacio, no hay espacio donde dejar tu equipaje a menos que lo coloques en tu misma cama. Los Banos no se encontraban limpios y para la cantidad de personas en el piso en que la estaba no habían suficientes duchas o inodoros, ya que, se encontraban 2/5 fuera de servicio.

First of all, the staff was very friendly but yeah the bed bugs are a real issue. I told them and they remade my bed, but they are everywhere so it didn't solve the problem of course. In general, the place was badly equipped. The shower heater was turned off and a lot of the chairs on the roof terrace are broken. The food in the cafe is good and has a reasonable price, but I really can't recommend staying there

BED BUGS! If you want to carry some extra friends in your backpack on your future trips, definitely come here. I left immediately, couldn’t stay there even if someone paid me for it. The girl next to my bed had bed bug bites EVERYWHERE. I told the owner of the hostel and she didn’t seem to care. At least I got my money back.

BEDBUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE ! (If you spot any, ask for a refund immediately! This is your right, it's Thailand not Sudan mate! This is unacceptable and probably illegal to put people's health at risk like this!!) I put one star 'coz I couldn't put zero!! BEDBUGS!!! All over the ENTIRE place! I just noticed some on my pillow when I went to sleep, my roommates noticed few of them walking freely on every backpacks in the room! Plus people have noticed many of them on sofa and pillows at the rooftop. So you can guess the amount of them in the building already! Do not waste your time reporting it 'coz I already did and you can see they don't care at all clearly, they just tell you the official answer like, "We gonna have a look, thanks" But you can feel the, "Not my problem, I just want your money and I never gonna see you again anyway" You can also notice on the reviews that people complained about the exact same thing 7months ago already, so I let you imagine how big the population grew since 😵‍💫 Just a quick reminder though ☝🏼 Bedbugs are able to carry dangerous diseases for humans like Lyme disease for example and infect anything with their bites, they're feeding themselves with blood so the transmission is actually really easy... So it's actually so unprofessional and disgusting to let people in, when you are perfectly aware of the serious situation.. Such a shame! Staff and management are awful to keep things that way and act like everything's normal. I'll never come back and give money to those irresponsible people.. It's just crazy what people are willing to do for money like!🤦🏻‍♂️

-Bedbugs... Don't put your backpack on the floor. -Not really clean, and the sanitary facilities smell horrendous. -Some people (men) walk around naked in the bathroom. (Bathrooms are shared by both men and women).
