Avoid this place! I caught bedbugs there The staff were really friendly, no complaints there But the bathrooms aren’t very clean, and there’s a lot of damp everywhere Great location in town!
I was in room 404. The bathroom was very Darty. I have all photos. Was not possible to use. Deep dirty. When I arrived I asked to reception to have please the bed down. He answered me not polite: just NO! The day after I changed hostel. But the staff at morning in the bar ok the roof top, was nice and gentle with me when I had breakfast. Thanks po them.
BE CAREFUL. rated everything low because of one big reason. I love this place. amazing location, amazing staff, a lot of fun, good beds and a swimming pool. It’s my second time staying here. BUT I got horrendous food poisoning here. One of my friends as well. It’s such a big and well known hostel. This should not happen with a simple rice loklak. Puked the entire night and couldn’t leave for Vietnam the next morning. Because of this big mistake. Yes do stay here but definitely don’t eat ...
I booked & payed for a 4 bed dorm, but was shown to a 6 bed dorm upon arrival and told “it’s basically the same thing”. Wasn’t offered any compensation or room change. The older man working during this exchange was quite rude; and was very unhelpful to my friend the next day when he lost his credit card. All other staff were friendly. The dorm itself was smelly, mosquito infested, no privacy curtains, the bathroom didn’t have a lock.
There was furniture moving and screeching from 10pm to 1am and again at 6am every night. i booked into Onederz in Siem Reap and they would not accept the creased dollar that the Onederz Phnom Penh gave me back for my key deposit. scammed me. i wish i never gave this company my money.
I'm super mad at this hostel. If I am booking a room in a place that I know having a restaurant, a pool and elevators, I don't want to be sent to Harry Potter's cupboard room in the annex building at the fourth floor without an elevator and with a only common bathroom for the room with no AC whatsoever. Also the hostel is one street away from the red light district and that's probably half the reason why people dislike Phnom Penh and deem it dangerous. I refuse to elaborate further. I stayed ...
it's average. didn't like them holding onto my id for deposit. you will end up spending more on the food and drinks at their cafe and restaurants. stingy hostel charge you for every singel thing
The website let my book a room even though it was fully booked
Not good. It's not a hostel it's a hotel. Too many rules. No bathroom in the dorms no curtain all the way no towel no good vibes. Staff super nice
friendly staff, good restaurant food for the price. But there are rats🤯 I couldn't sleep because of the sound of them running on the ceiling all night long. The next day, a mouse came into the room. Even though I didn’t even eat the snacks in the room, ONLY lobby. The mouse ran through the bag and ended up inside the bag. At 4 a.m., my family dragged a bag out into the hallway and chased out the rats. Then I repeated wiping it with a wet tissue and spraying it with disinfectant for a wh...

I enjoyed my stay here! Just didn’t like that the curtains didn’t shut fully - big gap where the ladder is
Great hostel. Facilities are great and the hostel is very clean. I was in the annex building which was nice but very quiet. Probably wouldn’t recommend to solo travellers as not very social but very nice if you want a break! Staff were friendly and helpful when booking airport transfers and tours
Nice and clean hostel. In a very strange part of the city though. Also didn’t find it to be very social at all.
Es war leider nicht ziemlich sauber und die Toiletten haben oft nicht gut gerochen. Die Auswahl der Aktivitäten war vorhanden, nur einige haben nicht stattgefunden.
Maybe it was just the city but wasn’t a fan of the location. Very strip club heavy! Didn’t seem to be the most social either but nice and chill place to end my time in cambodia
Friendly energetic staff. Clean rooms. No loud parties or loud noises. A super nice rooftop pool and restaurant area. Great place to socialize. Very good tour offerings. Free Khmer language class was a highlight – thanks Pin!
Really nice hostel. Great food and rooms. Clean bathrooms and showers.
Good hostel. Annex building has no atmosphere but the main bar is good. Walkable distance to see stuff and go to shops etc. would probably stay again
Great hostel but definitely more of a hotel feel and not at all social during my stay. The facilities are great, rooftop pool etc., and the rooms are nice and excellent value, but there wasn't really much for you to help you meet people. The tours and activities they offered were for groups of people that booked them individually, so you couldn't even go on one of these to reliably meet people. It is slightly luck of the draw though, and maybe others have had a more social experience.
Super nice and clean 😁
facilities are okay but rooms are not the most clean. the beds are just metal bunkbeds which i personally don't like because then there's gaps between the bed and the wall and stuff easily drops down there. that is even more unfortunate since the space under the beds clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while so the floor was very disgusting so if u drop any of ur stuff there it's going to get dirty. there's no elevator so getting ur stuff up is inconvenient and the staff did not offer to help.
The room was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable but the rooms could have better toilet roll. The hostel had a good chill/party vibe and had events on everyday which were entertaining and well run by Jamie.
definitely bring earplugs - loud dragging noise every morning from upstairs at about 7-7:40am. little to no vegetarian food at the hostel which was unexpected from such a large hostel chain. lovely dorms and bathrooms that were always clean.
The staff here were amazing!! They were so helpful and friendly, I really appreciated them. They were my favourite part of my stay! The facilities were pretty nice, though the bed curtains didn’t fully cover the bed. The food from the restaurant was also delicious - especially the smoothie bowls!
Nice hostel and really clean
This place is a good hostel in a bad area the hostel itself it’s very clean the beds are lovely and the pool is nice. It’s slightly too corporate for a hostel it feels more like a hotel there’s not a social vibe and they also ruined all my white clothes when i did a wash with them. They did then rewash it and it wasn’t as bad but the tops are still stained, the t-shirt looked like it had been dropped in a puddle and stood on.
Avoid this place! I caught bedbugs there The staff were really friendly, no complaints there But the bathrooms aren’t very clean, and there’s a lot of damp everywhere Great location in town!
Top, I recommended
Nice place to stay right next to the river, vibes feel more like a hostel than a hostel though so it’s not very social
We were there during Khmer new year and it was so fun!! The staff are all so lovely and the food is actually pretty decent for a hostel! The sheets on my bed were a little bit dirty but other than that we had a great stay!
