+ The location is good
- The bedrooms dont have a window, which should be illegal. Smell of humidity and mold. Not enough room for your stuff, no light. One guy at the reception gave us a key from another room, when I opened the door, there was a woman lying in bed, pretty upset, which is understandable.
+ Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht, das angebotene Zimmer war innenliegend, zwischen Rezeption und Frühstücksraum gelegen, und fensterlos. Neben der Abwesenheit von Tageslicht, roch es nach Schimmel, was mit Raumduft kaschiert werden sollte. Kurzum: die Luft konnte man nicht atmen. Das Zimmer wurde allerdings erst nach Bezahlung gezeigt, und die Stornierung erwies sich als ausgesprochen schwierig, sodass sich zunächst noch die Vermutung aufdrängte, dass hier ein Betrugsversuch vorliegt. Da keine Alternative seitens des Hotels angeboten worden ist, standen wir um 08:00 PM spontan ohne Zimmer da. Der kurzfristige Ersatz in vergleichbarer Lage war dreimal so teuer wie das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer. Um das Ganze abzurunden muss auch Mock festgestellt werden, dass die Unterstützung seitens des Kundensupports nahezu nicht existent ist. Ich beauftrage nach Rückkehr meinen Rechtsanwalt mit der Geltendmachung meiner Forderung.

- Las fotos no se corresponden con lo que contratas por booking. Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles con camas separadas y lo que nos dieron fue completamente inaceptable. Las habitaciones eran casi justas para dos camastros que no debían hacer 80x190. Nos ofrecieron una habitación de 4, para tener que dormir 2 personas en literas, como niños (éramos 4 mujeres de edad entre 40 y 75 años). El personal de recepción se repetía en bucle sin dar ninguna solución. En cuanto me puse seria y pedí tanto al director como al que me atendió en recepción una solución acorde a lo contratado, ante mi insistencia, optaron por echarnos, después de haber pagado. La justificación era que yo no escuchaba. Nos hicieron la devolución y no se hicieron cargo de nuestra situación en ningún momento. De vergüenza.

- Cleanliness, shower water didn’t drain, not enough toilets and shower facilities. Bed wasn’t comfortable.
You would hope that for this price, they would at least put soap in the showers. But I guess they spent all the money on decor straight from the gentrification catalogue. The staff is mostly useless with practical travel questions, but hey, at least they're instructed to learn your name and use it in every sentence. Welcome to the ultracapitalist hostel fever dream: pay money and become a revered customer. It's all completely fake, I don't understand the glowing reviews at all.

- La propreté : les salles de bain étaient vraiment sales.
Great overall, but just as expensive as a decent hotel in old town (inside the walls). I recommend finding a cheaper hostel
+ Die Lage ist toll. In wenigen Schritten mitten im Getsemani Viertel und wenigen Minuten auch in der Altstadt.
- Die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer ist leider so hoch, dass sich alles „nass“ anfühlt. Zudem ist das Frühstück leider ein Witz. Die Portion so klein, dass vielleicht ein Kind davon satt wird. Möchte man einen Nachschlag kostet das extra.

- Room was way too small, we couldn’t really move around at the same time and we were only 2 people. Breakfast was quite small.

+ Funcionários muito solicitos,café de manhã fresco e com variedades,café e água disponível 24 hrs,bom ar condicionado e sua localização bem próximo da cidade amurralhada possibilitando fazer praticamente tudo a pé,ao redor todos os tipos de comércios.

Very requested staff, fresh and varied breakfast coffee, coffee and water available 24 hours, good air conditioning and its location very close to the walled city making it possible to do practically everything on foot, around all kinds of shops.

- Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Everything is as described, clean, friendly, good location.
+ I loved this hostel, relaxed vibe, really great rooftop, amazing breakfast, LOVELY PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION, exceptionally clean. There is a lot of great work put into making this place be what it is, you can feel it when you’re there. Such a better option than other massive hostels around. Muchas gracias!

+ El personal muy amable, nos ayudo con preguntas que teniamos acerca de la ciudad y de transporte hacia tours u otras ciudades. Desayuno con opcion comida tradicional y desayuno comun. Recomendaria totalmente venir aqui. Excelente ubicacion.
The staff was very friendly, helped us with any questions we had about the city and transportation to tours or other cities. breakfast with option traditional food and shared breakfast. would totally recommend coming here. excellent location.

+ El alojamiento está muy céntrico pero a la vez es muy tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. La habitación de tamaño normal y la cama enorme y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Lo mejor de todo el personal que eran todos muy atentos y simpáticos, destacar a Jose, Angelo y Raul en la recepción siempre con una sonrisa, Darlis y Edit que nos servían el desayuno y Mabel la cocinera, estaba todo muy rico y nos sentimos como en casa! Además cuentan con autoservicio de agua, café y te las 24 horas y hay un jacuzzi en el ático.

The accommodation is very central but at the same time very quiet and you can rest well. The room is normal size and the bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything is very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The best of all the staff who were all very attentive and friendly, highlighting Jose, Angelo and Raul at the reception always with a smile, Darlis and Edit who served us breakfast and Mabel cooked, everything was very rich and we felt at home!

- En una ocasión nos entregaron toallas manchadas y un jabón cuyo envase tenía pegada una pestaña postiza, lo que evidenció una preocupante falta de prolijidad en la limpieza.
I would like to highlight the attention of the staff, who were always very friendly and willing to provide support and information, along with the good location of the hostel, which makes it easy to get around the city.On one occasion we were handed stained towels and a soap whose container had a false eyelash glued to it, which showed a worrying lack of prolificity in cleanliness.

+ Me gustó mucho el lugar, es muy bonito estéticamente, todo se ve limpio y organizado. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno estuvo súper rico y la ubicación es ideal para el turismo, todo queda super cerca.
