+ Die Lage war gut.
- Das Hotel war das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Wir hatten zuerst Zimmer 4, beim Einzug 29,5 Grad, Klimaanlage nur durch die Rezeption beeinflussbar, das Gerät funktioniert nicht so wirklich und machte ordentlich Krach, direkt hinter dem Minifenster ein Klimasplittgerät was die ganze Nacht lief, unfassbar- keine Auge zugemacht. Nächsten Morgen Zimmer nach 204 gewechselt- Zimmer 2,50 m breit - Bett 2m quer im Raum und nur von einer Seite aus zu begehen . Bettbreite 1,35 m - zu zweit eine nächtliche Herausforderung. Das Zimmer unsauber . Das Hotel ist schlicht und einfach eine Vollkatastrophe. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

- Unfortunately we didn’t stay, the bedroom was tiny, one of us would have had to climb over the other to get in or out of bed We asked if we could pay for a larger room but were told they only had small rooms ones. We cancelled the booking and moved to another hotel
+ Di per sé la struttura merita un voto tra 7 e 8 perché è in una zona bella e ben collegata, è pulita, la colazione e varia e lo staff cordiale, ma purtroppo devo dare 1 al soggiorno come si leggerà nella sezione delle cose che non mi sono piaciute
- La camera singola deluxe che mi è stata assegnata, la n 810, si trova al piano - 1 rispetto alla strada (basement) e come se non bastasse la finestra è attaccata al muro della casa accanto, per cui la finestra non si apre e la stanza è senza luce né aria. Inoltre accendendo l'aria condizionata esce puzza di muffa. La receptionist italiana mi ha spiegato che nella zona tutti gli hotel sono così: quello che contesto è che Booking non lo abbia specificato nella descrizione della camera, per cui farò una segnalazione al servizio clienti.

- I spent four nights in a single, 8 m² room labeled “Deluxe,” located in the basement. The room had no operable window for ventilation. During my stay the air conditioning did not work, so I had to sleep four nights in a very small, windowless room without fresh air. Because it was in the basement, there was no real airflow in the corridor and the heat was trapped. On top of that, during the last two nights there was a loud noise coming from the shaft that the fake window faced (the “window” is just a bolted pane of glass and cannot be opened). Had I known the room was in the basement with no real window, I would never have stayed here. In my opinion, selling basement rooms without windows and without functioning air conditioning falls below basic health and quality standards. If you’re considering this hotel, first confirm that your room is not in the basement and that it has a real, operable window, and be prepared for the possibility that the air conditioning might not work. I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are guaranteed a normal room. The reception staff were understanding but had no solution to the conditions. At a minimum, I expect to be reimbursed for the €460 I paid to stay in a room without fresh air and with significant noise.

- Kraftigt oljud utanför rummet hela natten. Rummet delade vägg med den allmänna Hotell toaletten varvid man hörde det mesta. 1,40 "dubbelsäng" med kännbar fjädring. En utrymme runt sängen för passage. Obefintliga utrymmen för förvaring och upphängning av kläder. Bullriga AC som inte gick att använda nattetid. Spartansk frukost med endast torr ost och tjocka tomatskivor som pålägg i en bunkerliknande miljö.
- Petit déjeuner infect. Chambre en sous-sol extrêmement mal isolée. Nettoyage devant notre fenêtre à partir de 7h30 du matin ...

- Rooms are cramped up , taking a shower is a task as you will keep bumping into shower walls , the ac started making a wired noise which later they sent a technician to repair

- Mini Zimmer ohne Fenster Frühstücksbuffet schlecht und Saal viel zu klein und Schimmel auf Toast Föhn festgemacht in einer Schublade im Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit ins Bad zu nehmen Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich Ständig Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten die nicht funktionierten Für diesen Preis wirklich unverschämt

INGNOBLE ! L'accueil n'était pas très agréable... Le problème est que les chambres sont minuscules pour un groupe de 7, nous étions entassées les unes sur les autres. De plus, la chambre est sale, particulièrement sous les lits avec plein de crottes de souris dans les tiroirs. Les draps sont minuscules et les couettes sales. L'auberge est principalement faite pour les personnes majeurs et non pour les mineurs, avec un couvre feu à 22 heure, nous entendions durant une grande partie de la ...
