Die Zimmer sind zu klein, zu dreckig und einfach nur widerlich. Ich bin enttäuscht. Sehr. Auf meinem Bett lagen schwarze kleine Haare. Ein totales Disaster. Verrostete Betten, Gummi Matratzen, dreck, Blut, Schimmel und so weiteres was ich in meiner Rezension nicht ansprechen sollte. Was macht der Putzdienst beruflich? Nicht putzen. I would never stay at this hostel again. We stayed in a shared room, and everyone was complaining about a man who made it impossible to sleep (he shouted all night, came in drunk, and made noise), and the reception staff kept allowing him to stay. One day they said they were going to move him to another room (a lie), another day they kicked him out (but 15 minutes later he was already back asleep in his bed). If I could rate this lower I would do it in a heartbeat. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The beds were straight out of a prison with sheets , duvets and pillows stained with bodily fluids. The hotel staff broke into privet lockers, through locks and stole anything they wanted. Worst experience ever. We had booked from November 26 to December 1, but our flight was cancelled due to national strikes in Belgium. Unsafe for solo female travelers, room locks do not work consistently and when you ask about it you’re told that you’re the problem and the locks are “too advanced” for you. Requested a refund and was denied, to be transparent the receptionist had trouble getting the lock to work as well which is what made me cautious and hesitant to stay. The rooms are also small and in a basement, very cold and dingy. Overall, find somewhere else.

I had duly paid for a late checkout, which extended my stay officially until 1:00 PM. Do NEVER book this hostel. The staff is never there, rooms are tiny and dirty and owner are snitches. Everything is always broken or paid.

Zimmer ist bodenlos. Das wurde von der Schule geplant und gebucht. Wir haben mit 6 Leuten ca. 4m in der Breite und 6-7m in der länge (gesamtes Zimmer) und auf der Fläche 6 Betten (jeweils drei gestapelt) geschlafen. Im Bett bekommt man nicht mehr als vom Fuß bis zum Knie Platz, in der Höhe, und ca. 1m in der Breite. Man bekommt sowohl mit 6, als auch mit 9 Leuten 1 Dusche für alle. Positives gibt es nicht viel. This Hostel was the worst I ever stayed and I have been to a lot. Especially for the Price! The rooms where so dirty and smelled like rotten eggs. I am glad i stayed most of the time outside just came back every night and I almost vomit. The shower, toilet and sink were in one really tiny room and the floor was always dirty and so wet. Stayed here a couple of nights for a festival in Camden recently. It's a good place if you want to stay in Camden and do everything on foot. However, it doesn't have a nice common area, the bathroom in the room is extremely small... I only recommend it if you want a place to sleep and nothing more.

This isn’t a hostel. This feels more like an American jail. No space to move around and 6 people sleep on 2 sets of 3 bunks on top of each other in a room that is 8m squared. Always hot and humid.

Fijn, schoon hostel.

My friend and I stayed in a private room for 4 people and we had a very positive experience. The hostel was clean, there were a few other toilets around the hostel as well as the en-suite facilities, the beds were quite comfy and the curtains for the bed were a good idea. The staff were friendly and helpful and it felt like a safe environment. I would recommend bringing a portable charger due to there not being a limited number of plug sockets/USB point not working too well. Would stay again!

I just wanted somewhere cheap to get my head down for the night whilst I was at a festival in Camden. But I really enjoyed it. The pod bed meant I had plenty of privacy. It was maybe a little cramped and small overall. But again, it's so cheap you can't really complain. The mattress was very comfortable though the room was far too warm so I did struggle to fall asleep. Everywhere seemed clean enough too so no complaints here. La ubicación es buena pero las literas son de tres niveles y hay tres en un solo cuarto. Por el precio no está mal solamente hay que saber que el espacio está bastante limitado.

I have stayed at several hostels in London and Smart Camden Inn has been the best hostel I have stayed at; I greatly appreciated the service and presence of the reception managers who were a very kind, understanding couple, along with the rest of the reception team who make 24/7 reception service possible. It's a fairly cheap hostel so you get what you pay for. We didn't partake in the breakfast and didn't use the kitchen much. We did use the common areas often and did laundry there too. There were normal hostel issues like a person vomiting late one night (we certainly could have asked to change rooms but it wasn't a big enough deal). Room was small, but fine. Our window was next to the street and room was noisey but reception provide complimentary ear plugs, with the usage of them, you wouldn't even know. We went to a match in the Emirates, checked in late, all was fine. For the price, it was perfect.

There are no communal showers so I imagine the ensuite situation can be a little difficult in rooms with more beds. Our room stank the whole time really bad even though the window was open 247. I liked having a curtain and a light+usb outlet (type B). Good sized lockers! You have to make your own bed, I was given two regular sheets, but the pillow had a pillowcase already as well as the duvet so unfortunately I was a bit unsure if everything was actually clean. Staff were very nice.

Buen hostel, en una ubicación buena, cerca de dos paradas de metro y varias líneas de autobús que llevan al centro de Londres en poco tiempo. Las instalaciones están bien y las limpian todos los días. La cocina compartida es amplia. La habitación de 12 está bien, con 2 baños. Sin embargo, tuvimos un problema con un hombre de la habitación, que llegaba borracho y drogado, dando golpes y vomitando por la noche, y pese a decirlo en recepción, no hicieron nada por mejorar la situación.

Espacios apretados y pequeños en las habitaciones compartidas. Sobre todo el baño. Si eso no es un problema, el resto es manejable. Personal agradable y simpático. Muy bien ubicado en la zona de Camden. Hay mucha oferta de restaurantes y tiendas por los alrededores.
