BED BUGS - DO NOT STAY HERE Many issues with this property but I drew the line at bed bugs. - Dirty bathrooms, toilet paper on the floor, smelt bad in the showers, dirt up the walls, someone left a present in the toilet - Dirty hallways and common area, not to mention the plastic bag covered sofas (a terrible attempt to get rid of the bed bugs) - Didn’t see a single worker there - had to check in on a machine - Had to be barefoot around the place yet the floors were dirty - When I found bed bugs at 1am the EMERGENCY hostel number wasn’t being answered and I had no where to sleep - Overpriced compared to the rest of SE Asia yet abysmally cheap compared to the rest of Singapore I booked 3 nights but after waking up to a bed bugs on my face at 1am on the first night I had to leave. The hostel did refund me for the 2 nights that I didn’t stay but they could’ve saved the time and hassle if they actually cleaned the place.

A terrible five days. I was bitten all over my body by bed bugs. After I informed the front desk, they responded very passively. They even argued with me, insisting it was not caused by bed bugs and said the redness was from something else. I showed them photos of bed bugs, but they were still in denial. They claimed it was the first time they had encountered this and even accused me of bringing the bed bugs myself. In fact, several other guests had the same experience. There wasn’t even a basic apology. The common area bathrooms were also dirty. Extremely disappointed.
