Kumba Hostel

- Honestly I wouldn’t have any issues with the place if I didn’t find a dirty sheet on the bad that was unchanged and someone’s sandwich, so it means my place was not cleaned at all and as I’ve checked in after 11pm I had no one to contact. Thanks god I had my own sleeping bag, but it didn’t make the whole situation better. Also I forgot my beautiful pashmina in the hall as I was getting ready there in the morning not to bother anyone in the room and it was never found which is a weird thing for us here in Greece as these sort of stuff gets returned.

- Hostel just ignored our cancellation request, instead sent us directions to the room!!! We were therefore unable to get any refund as a direct consequence of their not being bothered to reply! Terrible service, both from the hotel AND from booking.com Never again

- Las empleadas son super antipaticas

- Wow, I only can say what a bad organization. They made a mistake and gave me the wrong room (I didn't know), then they called me on the phone when I was having dinner and told me that they entered the room and moved all my things including money, passports, cell phones and other valuable things that were in my stuff. Their solution was to give me another room in another hotel after midnight. The staff was rude and told me it was my fault. The truth is that the experience was awful. In the end we were missing a charger (for which we had to travel again by taxi to pick them up at the previous hostel)... it was all a waste of time, money and stressful in the middle of my vacation.

+ Not anything at all, the AC didnt Work i couldnt Sleep in the night

- The very young staff working there wasnt really Kind and also Not really helpfull she didnt greet me when i walked in the Hostel and also No good Bye? So dont really make friends there, but the Hostel owners were nice !

- box rooms that tries to fit in 10 people in a room. really bad!! and no space to even stand with luggage all around of people on the floor.

- Ήταν πολύ άβολα τα κρεβάτια και δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια.

- Το δωμάτιο είχε απίστευτη υγρασία...

+ The beds have a lot of space in the sides. Specially for a person that travel with a lot of things is nice to be able to organize and not make a big mess around in the room. A lot of space for work or being alone if u need ( must need sometimes in hostels).

- One day they were making some works in the room nearby and woke up us. But was just that day, nothing that happens all days.
