I found bedbugs in my bed and when I reported it to the hostel staff, they simply offered to change my bed in the same room! In the end, I left with a meagre compensation of €10 to do all my laundry and disinfect my belongings, which was obviously far from enough. I do not recommend this hostel until at least a few weeks have passed and the problem has been resolved.

Bed bugs can't be ignored. Very annoying that you don't have a place with table to stay up after midnight. Other than that, few young people, breakfast is very basic and doesn't include drinks, cleanness of bathrooms isn't bad but really, the bed bugs were a bad discovery. The kitchen is bad, all the cooking pans are deteriorated. Stuff is like abandoned, maintenance needed in a lot of ways, no one takes care of it properly. Receptionists can't speak more than a few words in Italian.

I think this is one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in. It's a sad, of course, because this hostel has such a good location, but everything else is a pity. Specifically, bed bugs.

Do not stay here. We encountered and were bitten by countless bed bugs. The stuff continued to tell us it’s just mosquitoes even after showing them pictures of bed bugs in the bed. Also: - the electricity is down a lot of times - water in the kitchen does not work periodically - wifi is super slow - kitchen is being closed during the night so no chance to get an early breakfast - only place to mingle after kitchen is closed is the windowless dark common area

They have an infestation of bedbugs in the female dormitory which the owners are aware of. Unfortunately, the hostel's policy is just to be rude and blame guests in unfavourable google reviews. Me and my friends had several bites and I had to contact a local doctor online because I could not go out in the sun for long. This was duly reimbursed by the Hostel after much insistence that I was telling the truth, as they insisted that it was mosquito bites or that I had caused it myself. Pics below.

I know there were bed bugs in at least one room, water randomly didn’t work in the toilets and showers, there’s construction next door so my whole room was woken up by loud drilling at 8 am almost every day, and the WiFi barely worked especially in my room. I did like that it was centrally located, but it could be a little sketchy at night. Across the street from the hostel five young men harassed me and then tried to get me to buy drugs from them. Overall, would not recommend this hostel.

I would avoid this hostel by all means. There was a terrible bed bug infestation that the staff failed to inform us about.

Stayed here February 16-19 2024 in the female dorm, got a lot of bed bug bites and caught a live bug on my blanket. Management say they are cleaning the room, but there are past reviews of bed bugs, so unless they get it professionally exterminated, beware!

Staff lovely and good atmosphere in hostel, health and safety concerns eg: door to hostel room didn’t lock and reported bed bugs in some dorms.

really good vibe here, and great guest kitchen. most of the workers are travelers themselves volunteering which was great fie the vibe. id stay again. unfortunately a few of us got bed bugs but that was the only negative and quickly delt with
