When we arrived, the guy at the reception barely showed us the hostel. No toilet brush, so I let you imagine… The lockers were below the beds in the dormitories, not practical at all. I had an old uncomfortable spring mattress despite the hostel being new. The cleaning personal worked in the morning, when everyone was waking up and preparing oneself, so it was never really clean. Don't waste your money! My bed was ok because i booked a capsule but everything else is a waste of money even when its cheap! Horrible dirty unequipped kitchen, NO vibe, bad showers dirty floors everywhere, rooftop is a joke and the restaurant is crazy expensive with tiny portions just as all the tourist restaurants in san cris! Hated it, would never come again!!
Just not ready to open yet😅 feels like they’re trying to get some money without it being ready. Also, just not a fan of Che hostels, not the best philosophy! But that’s just me hehe
El hostal en general es “okay”, la gente que trabaja en recepción es muy cordial, especialmente Pablo. La ubicación es buena. Además el hostal tiene una muy linda azotea, con una vista maravillosa. El precio por habitación es económico, sin embargo, en varias partes el hostal no huele bien, los baños y la cocina están sucios más frecuente de lo esperado. The hostel in general is okay, the people who work at the reception are very friendly, especially Pablo. The location is good. Also the hostel has a very nice roof, with a wonderful view. The price per room is economical, however in several parts the hostel does not smell good, the bathrooms and kitchen are dirtier more frequently than expected. On the other hand, the water in the showers comes out extremely hot or cold, which makes it difficult to shower in peace. Success! :)
Insgesamt gut. Die Betten waren jedoch sehr eng. Das heißt man konnte sich nicht um Bett hinsetzen. Auf der Dachterrasse (mit sehr schöner Aussicht!) hat leider sowas wie eine Hängematte oder Sitzsack gefehlt. Das Team war super nett.
Overall good. however the beds were very tight. that is you could not sit around the bed. on the roof terrace (with a very nice view!) the leader lacked something like a hanging mat or a seat. the team was super neat.
The good: - nice and friendly stuff - clean - good location The bad: - 0 vibe/ sosial. No atmosphere whatsoever - the showers only have 1 min with hot water - the hostel is not cozy at all. It feels almost deserted and somehow abandoned. Is like they didn’t try to decorate it
Hostel staff were lovely. The capsule beds were really cool but unfortunately when I was there it wasn’t very vibey or social at all. Would recommend for a chilled base

The location is top notch, the staff is friendly however the cleanliness and comfort are to be reviewed.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. However There was construction activities in the hostel (inside the court yard and on the roof) and was lots of noise and disturbance and dust during a day the Hostel World and the hostel should have informed the travelers in advance before booking. Overall, it is a nice hostel, nice rooms and spacious kitchen and common area.
Clean hostel with a great location. Sadly it was quite new so they didn’t have a bar or anything YET. So it wasn’t very social. But I’m sure that will change in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay here in the female dorm- comfy beds, clean facilities, kitchen, chill-out area, great staff and location. Joined the free yoga class on friday and the teacher was amazing!!
I had a great time there! The staff is amazing, especially Stephanie, Paolo, Angie, and Avvy. They made me feel at home. The hostel is close to everything, so it’s very easy to walk everywhere! I highly recommend it !!
very nice hostel, pretty and comfy, the volunteers are super nice too and welcoming (cheers to Angie), will definitely stay there again next time

Todo estuvo maravilloso. desde el personal, las instalaciones hasta la ubicación. Si es verdad que el ambiente Che S.C. es mucho más tranquilo que las otras cadenas pero en general el pueblo es calmado, así que está sucursal es solo el reflejo de lo que esperas de todo el viaje, calidad, experiencias y buenos recuerdos. Everything was wonderful. from the staff, the facilities to the location. although it is true that the atmosphere Che S.C. is much quieter than the other chains but in general the pueblo is calm, so this branch is just the reflection of what you expect from the whole trip, quality, experiences and good memories. greetings to the excellent staff 👌👌👌
Loved this hostel, the staff are so so nice and have so much energy and can arrange a night out for you which is great as you can save money! The beds are so so comfy as well and in an amazing location.

Staff really helpful booking activities. Beautiful terrace and good vibes. Stayed here for a more chilled coupe of days and it hit the spot. If you want a chilled Hostal with the option to socialise then this is the one!
Hostel très confortable, propre, tout est parfait. Le personnel nous a trop bien accueillies, merci Pablo, Angie et Fanny ! Il y a une bonne ambiance, et des tours abordables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce au Che, c'est toujours la meilleure option 🙏 Nous avons même extend 2 fois. Trop hâte de revenir !
Hostel very comfortable, clean, everything is perfect. the staff was very welcoming, thank you Pablo, Angie and Fanny ! there is a good atmosphere, and affordable tours. we had a great stay thanks to the Che, it is always the best option 🙏 we even extended 2 times. very eager to return !
Sauberkeit war top. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und günstig und die Mitarbeiter helfen einem bei jedem Anliegen weiter.
The Essen is very tasty and cheap and the Staff help you further with any questions.
Todo súper bien la verdad. Pablo, Stephanie y Angie fueron súper amigables al igual que el resto del staff. Siempre se preocupan por juntar a los huéspedes y hacer actividades con ellos. La ubicación es soñada y la terraza es mágica. Super recomendado!
Pablo, Stephanie and Angie were super friendly as was the rest of the staff. they always take care to get the guests together and do activities with them. the location is dreamlike and the terrace is magical. super recommended!
Los cuartos privados son súper bonitos, la cama es muy cómoda, está cerca del centro y el precio es muy bueno. Pablo, Stephanie y Gastón son siempre muy amables. Tiene una terraza muy linda ☺️

incredibly comfy beds, great experience and amazing staff!!!!! Gaston welcomed me my first day and he is the kindest person that you may want at your arrival. Fanny has the best recommendations to make your day a special day in this awesome city.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Unfortunately I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed every second of it, the hostel is at a great location, the rooms are well equipped and the whole staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure you have a great time! I’ll definitely be coming back here when I return to San Cristobal :)

Lovely hostel for chilling, it was quite quiet when we were here but perfect for chilling a resetting. Nice location, with a beautiful view of the city
