- מלון מזעזע כמו אכסניה , רמת ניקיון ירודה , הפקידי קבלה מגעילים לא נחמדים בכלל ולא מנסים לעזור , אסור לעשן במרפסות ואם מעשנים זה קנס, החרימו לנו מהחדר תנרגילה למרות שלא עישנו בה ולא רצו להחזיר , מרגיש כמו פנימיה לא מומלץ בכלל גועל נפש של מלון חושבים אנחנו בקייטנה , בבריכה לא מסכימים לאכול ולשתות אוכל משלך רק אם אתה מזמין במסעדה

- Caro, ruidoso, sucio (los baños sobretodo) y poca hospitalidad por parte del personal. Habían habitaciones compartidas pero también había familias con niños pequeños. Nada recomendable para gente que viaja sola

+ כלום מקום גרוע ! מרפסת מטר על מטר חדרים מאוד קטנים !!!! ממש מול המרפסת היה עמוד חשמל אין מיני בר בחדר רק מקרר בקיצור לא לאנשים שמחפשים נופש זה כמו הוסטל !

+ Staff, Najmilšie boli upratovačky, izby boli v poriadku vždy. Komfort izby postačoval

- Hlučný susedia na chodbe a v papierových izbách, ktorý do 3,4 rána búchali,spievali, hučali. Vôbec sa nedalo spať ani jeden deň!!!nikdy viac. Do toho hudba z ulice, blizky ark bar, naozaj je to skôr hostel pre mladých ludí. Pokazilo nám to celú dovolenku. Raňajky - nečakajte bufet, serviruju jedno jedlo (stále vajcia) - 1 kava 1 džús Pláž -odliv do 15:00, neda sa kupať a dostať sa niekde na verejnú pláž je náročné

+ Ich ich habe nicht eingecheckt, da die Angaben irre leitend in der Werbung der Seite und das Hotel dadurch total überteuert. Ich habe bei euch die Rückerstattung beantragt . Ich habe eine Bestätigung, dass ich nicht eingecheckt habe. Außerdem wisst ihr, dass ich in diesem Zeitraum über euch das BayView Ressort gebucht habe, also allein nicht in zwei Hotels wohnen kann.

- سكنت في غرفة مشتركه للاناث اسوأ ايامي قضيتها بالغرفه الادارة لم تتخذ اي اجراء عندما اخبرتهم بالمشاكل التي وجدتها بالغرفه الاوتيل لايناسب الاشخاص المحافظين ابدا

- Bad food, the hotel is like a college boarding house, the room is not clean, there is no insulation in the rooms and the facilities are very poor, in addition there is loud noise and there are no insulated walls, and the air conditioning is not good.

- وصلت يوم الاحد بتاريخ 22-12 حوالي الساعة 7 مساء بعد ما سويت الچك ان تفاجأت بأن اللفت معطل ! ( الفندق عبارة عن 3 بلوكات وتم اعطائي غرفة في بلوك 1 فالدور الثالث ) رجعت الاستقبال حتى يغيرولي الغرفة قالوا ماشي غرف متوفرة وان بيتم اصلاح اللفت نفس اليوم. بعد ماستلمت الغرفة وانا نازل مريت الاستقبال شفت الموظفين تغيروا سألتهم نفس السؤال متى بيتم اصلاح اللفت قال الموظف ان الموضوع بيطول وبياخذ اكثر من اسبوعين !! يعني الموظف الاول كذاب ومخادع !! وانا اقامتي 4 ايام والمشكلة الاكبر ان في نفس اللحظة وصل نزيل وعطوه غرفة في بلوك 2 وكانوا يخيرونه بين غرفتين !! يعني فيه غرف متاحه !! مع مدة الاقامة لاحظت ان اغلب اللي ساكنين في بلوك 2 من جنسيات اوروبيه مع العلم بأن الغرف في بلوك 1 و2 نفس السعر والحجم آخر يوم من الساعة 11 الصبح يتصلون على الغرفة حق الچك آوت !! طلبت منهم اسلم الغرفة 12:30 بدل من 12:00 وتم الرفض من قبل موظفة الاسقبال اسمها ( kiki ) اللي اخلاقها سيئة جدا واسلوبها لايرتقي بموظف خدمة عملاء شرحتلها شو صار معاي وهذا اقل شي يعطوني اياه وكل جوابها no no no وقالت ان الشخص اللي بيستلم الغرفة موجود في الاستقبال ولازم يعطونه الغرفة ومن وقت ما سويت الچك آوت جلست مدة ساعة ونص في الاستقبال وماشفت اي حد للاسف اول مرة اشوف فندق كل موظفي الاسقبال كذابين ومخادعين

- The beach is not so great in front of the hotel, very little water (better 100m south).

+ AMAZING HOTEL!! Great views, direct beach access & infinity pool, bar, organized fun activities everyday, perfect for solo travellers to socialize!

- Be nice if they had any room service considering its not a cheap hotel.

- Städningen kan förbättras men var duglig, lite för få solbäddar

+ Such a social hostel!

+ Staff were very well organised and very friendly. It's a very smart hotel. Well-sized clean rooms with well fitted out bathrooms and good showers, although the large door to the shower made it something of a squeeze to get into the shower! And despite apparently being water-sealed, there was still the usual leakage onto the floor. Aircon was great. It's very much a young party crowd, which some people might not enjoy. That said, I spent more time exploring the neighbourhood than hanging out at the pool, so it wasn't anything that affected my stay. Hotel is located down a laneway off the main street, which meant no noise from the street (which, at Songkran, was raucous), so that was very much appreciated. Plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Likewise, the Samui Central mall was also a short walk away. All up it was a good location.

- My only complaint was in relation to the fridge which was a very small bar fridge, small to the point wherein you could not fit a water bottle into the door rack, which rather begs the question of what it is you are meant to put in there. Eggs? Obviously designed by the same person who designs the overhead luggage racks in Thai buses. This made it difficult to store additional water or drinks in the fridge.

+ Everything was amazing. From the check-in until our departure. Houskeeping was great. I recommend priva-te rooms.

- My only comment is that for the welcome drink (very much appreciated!) it should be in a wider hour range as it is only from 4:30 -4:45 and we were almost never in the hotel by that time. Aside from that, everything was great.

+ Breakfast: Not a buffet, with limited options to choose from which was okay (available anytime from 7am to 6pm). Pool & Beach: Good, with an amazing view and a private beach. Location: Perfect if you want to be close to the city (Komo Tams is about 20 minutes away). Great if you enjoy being around backpackers and to socialise with and make some friends. Activities: Daily programs with a good range available within the hotel.

- Wifi: The Wi-Fi speed in the room wasn’t great. Additional Card: When I requested an extra room access card, I was asked to leave a deposit, which felt unusual!
