   Bedding (bed sheets, pillow cover, etc.) were "not available", even though guaranteed in the booking and promised via email (we explicitly asked, given previous reviews). Moreover, most of the charging plugs were not working in the room and some spaces quite dirty. A part from this, the hostel is in a nice position and is well furnished and equipped.

   Definitely not staying there again and won't recommend it. The cleaning of toilettes also not good at all of both of the room I stayed there. It is a long story but overall they lack completely of good customer service and they didn't care. I stayed there the first weekend of december we were 6 female travellers that booked separately. I wrote through the hostel's instagram because I couldn't find the contact email in the website. I asked whether was possible to be the six of us the in same 6 female -room (3 weeks in advance). They gave me an email address which I used with all the booking numbers but they never replied so I called (10 days in advance). After 18 minutes in the call they said it was settled and that the six were together in the 6-female room. However, when we arrived 5 of us were in the same room with another traveller and I was in another one separated and they said they at that momento that the cannot change it and that I hadn't used the proper number to arrange this. I had used the number in the website and the woman said it was the call center and that she was able to arrange this! Moreover, there was a very complicated person in that room where i was allocated that was being disrespectful with me and other traveller so I kindly asked for a change of room and they said they didn't have any bed available in any room. Probably they thought I was just upset for being separated from the group and they didn't bother. I wasn't actually. Not the first time i sleep in hostels. This woman was mentally insane. Next morning after dealing with this crazy woman in the room that was insulting and shouting me and the other guests in a super violent way again asked for a change of room and they finally changed me and other guest. also complaining about this woman, to one 6-female room that had only 1 guest. So i wasnt the only one afraid that asked for a change i wasnt exagerating but they only took me serious that morning after having the worst night ever at a hostel. The new room where they allocated me had only one guest and she said that it was the same the night before ..so they lied saying no other room was available the night before. Completely disaster
