Ça aurait été top s'il n'y avait pas eu DES PUNAISES DE LIT DANS MA CHAMBRE. En le sachant, je demande si je peut changer de chambre et on m'explique que non, sans me donner d'autres solutions. J'ai passé une nuit horrible, super avant de commencer mon nouveau travail, merci beaucoup J'espère être dédommagée rapidement.
It would have been great if there hadn't been DES BED PUNISES IN MY ROOM. Knowing this, I ask if I can change rooms and they explain no, without giving me any other solutions. I had a horrible night, super before I started my new job, thank you very much I hope to be compensated quickly
There was puke in the shower, people didn’t flush after pooping. It smelled terrible in the room and we hade to take stairs from the top floor. There was ac, but the curtain blocked all air coming in the capsule. There was also a light-bar that stayed on all night which was placed at the bottom of the beds so the light shined beneath the privacy curtain. 18 people shared two toilets and 2 showers. There was a total of 3 forks in an otherwise dirty communal kitchen. Good privacy in capsule.

BED BUGS! Shameful customer service - I found bed bugs in my bed, and management did nothing about it (not a euro discount on either of both nights)! The way I was responded to is scandalous - I felt like I was the trouble flagging this issue. If you had at least made a small gesture (even just offering the €25 late check-out fee I paid), or shown at least a little bit of concern after this discovery, I would have spared you this review on all platforms. Établissement très decevant. il ny a pas de place, ( pas de place pour mettre son sac ni meme pour acceder au lit.), sale, avec une seule douche fonctionnelle pour une chambre de 12 personnes. Pour finir, alarme à incendie qui déconne, tout le monde dehors et quand je souhaite enfin rentrer dans ma chambre vers 00h, mon pass ne marche plus. Very disappointing establishment. there is no room, (no place to put his bag or meme to access the bed.), sale, with only one functional shower for a room of 12 people. finally, fire alarm that goes off, everyone outside and when I finally wish to get back into my room around 00h, my pass no longer works. the poor employee had to walk up the 6 floors to come open me since the elevators no longer worked...
Its overall not a bad Hostel but the current Rating is a little too high. The staff asked me a couple of times for a 5 star rating on google and to add their names because they got a competition going on (likely from the management) I think this is not a great thing Overall its a ok Hostel but some ratings might be given by asking for them
Alienating and oppressive atmosphere. Victor at the front desk is unapproachable and unhelpful.
The charged my card just “for an authorization” but funny they never refund the money. Be careful, the will say “everything is okay” but as soon as you leave, the don’t text you back and as I mentioned, they keep your money.
Good location. Noisy AC (gas flowing through the pipes) in the room that you can’t even shut off. Very hot rooms that you cannot cool down. Moldy showers. Fire alarm in the middle of the night without any reason.
Things were fine until at breakfast I paid for the viennoiseries and there were none left and so she said she’ll get more and so I waited and waited and after 10 minutes I was like I have an appointment I have to go. How much longer ? And she said another 5 minutes. It was 8:30 am like don’t charge me for a breakfast you cannot provide. I asked for a refund and she was like oh I’ll have to charge you for the coffee which I didn’t touch because I was waiting. So rude. Her demeanor was so ...

This hostel was great! I wouldn’t say it was the most social for young solo travelers; however, all the amenities were really convenient and the place was pretty clean overall. They have laundry and a kitchen with a fridge etc. which was super convenient for me personally (and the laundry isn’t too expensive). An eclectic and charming place. Doubles as a popular hang out for locals and the two nights I was there the music and good times went until about 10:30, but got quite after that. It's a 15-20 minute walk to old town, though the walk back is all uphill. Still, friendly young staff, good food, and a nice big spot outside to relax when the weather is nice.

It was a very comfortable stay, the beds have a lot of privacy and extra space to leave your stuff inside. It is generally spacious, the bathroom too. It was the best hostel I’ve been to.

Ambiance très agréable, personnel accueillant, chambre un peu sale à mon goût et pas bien aérée mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
Very nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, room a little dirty to my taste and not well ventilated but there is everything you need.
We booked a superior double room with a private ensuite for two nights. The space was simple yet spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was even more comfortable than the one in our very nice hotel in Barcelona, and the view of the Basilica from our room was outstanding. Everything perfect, really clean, great space inside and outside, staff really kind. The only thing is that is up a hill so if you come from downtown on foot is a little bit a problem if you have a lot of bags or suitcases, but it’s well located.
The hostel was nice overall and the showers are amazing with the pressure and heat but it was BOILING in the beds and you couldn’t open the windows and no AC couldn’t sleep very well at all. yes there are hills but it’s honestly not that bad and it’s also not social at all unfortunately. overall good though!
The hostel was great overall, staff war incredible, one big issue was the kitchen though. the had 2 forks and 1 spoon only (while 20 or so knives were available). no big cutting knive and limited stove space made the kitchen pretty crowded. as an Energy saving measure, the light in the kitchen turned off every 3 mins.
Had a great stay! My only complaint was that the capsules were LOUD and not very comfortable. Every time you moved it shook the entire thing. HOWEVER, the location is great, cafe is nice to have, especially since the lounge space is very small.

beds not comfortable- warm. kitchen was fine but people constantly sleeping in the chairs. weird to have a rest room in a kitchen. the location was very far from the train station.
Did not feel safe as a solo female. I had to switch rooms because a man was talking about “some of the women in my room might not wake up tomorrow morning”. The room was also disgusting even after the cleans. Pee all over the floors in the washroom 30 minutes after cleaning. I wouldn’t stay again if I went back
I stayed for 5 days in a 16-bed dorm. The price was excellent, and having a bar and restaurant on-site was a huge plus for the atmosphere. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. On my first day, I found hair and dirt under the mattress, which made me quite uncomfortable. It’s a great place for social vibes, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement.
Overall good hostel
A good hostel if you just want to sleep or work but other than that it's an hostel for travellers or backpackers. There is no social vibes at all like in most of the French hostels unfortunately.
Schönes Hostel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Anstieg, um dort hinzukommen. Die Leute in meinem Zimmer waren leider nicht sehr sauber, aber alles wurde schnell gereinigt.
