Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok

Absolutely terrible experience – our room was infested with bed bugs! We found 3-4 live bugs on the bed multiple times, and my wife’s foot was bitten badly (red swollen wound-like bite, see photos). We reported no hot water on arrival and were offered a room change, but after discovering the bugs we refused further stay. The hotel did nothing effective about the infestation. This is unacceptable hygiene and service – worst hotel ever, avoid at all costs! We left immediately to protect our health and belongings.
