Unfortunately bitten many times overnight by bed bugs (was in top bed in the family room (room 4)), friend was ok in bottom bed. Complained to reception the next morning who rightly gave 50% refund on the night’s stay and assured me they would get pest control out that afternoon from Colombo. I have no way of knowing if they actually did this. Glass bottles with purified water for complimentary use in the rooms had brown staining near the base. They need to wash bottles more thoroughly
