Great location, walking distance to train station. Spacious room with kitchen facilities. May have bedbugs. After staying, I developed many red bumps all over my body.

The terrace had a great view of the city The accommodation we booked claimed to have a 1 separate (verbatim) bedroom and 1 living room. It was just a single living room. The TV didn’t work, there weren’t enough toiletries (only some soap that was almost empty), and a member of our party woke up with bug bites.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und bietet eine wunderbare Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Badezimmer ist modern und schön gestaltet, allerdings waren einige Griffe und Armaturen locker. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der unkomplizierte und einfache Check-in. Leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Bettwanzen, was den Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigt hat. Die Rückerstattung zog sich über drei Wochen mit viel Hin und Her, was sehr mühsam war. Die Terrassenmöbel, welche nicht mehr sehr stabil waren, wurden mit gelbem Klebeband geflickt. Dies machte keinen guten Eindruck. Die grosse Küche ist nicht ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft mit Potenzial, aber gravierenden Mängeln, die dringend behoben werden müssen.

I found bed bugs on the bed and the couch. I called the number in case of problem, the person said « oh sorry, you’ll be refund ». Then I explained we’ll leave, and the person didn’t offer to help us to find another hotel or anything. Just said « ok ». It was midnight on a saturday night. I had to pay another hotel, more expensive and with only a single bed (we were two) and no breakfast because it was all we could found after we tried in three different hotel. The manager called me, said l’ll be refund quickly. Asked me to wrote an email with my bank details, what I did the same day. Since I wrote the email with my bank details, no answer. And no refund….. Very bad service.

Cet hôtel est une véritable honte. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par l’état déplorable de la chambre : de la poussière partout – sur le sol, les plaintes, les meubles, le lustre… absolument tout était recouvert d’une couche de saleté. La salle de bain était immonde : joints jaunis, lavabo et cuvette visiblement non nettoyés, traces de calcaire et d’eau stagnante dans la douche, sans parler de la poussière omniprésente. Quant au « petit déjeuner » promis, c’était une farce : un pauvre croissant rassis et une brioche industrielle, alors qu’un simple passage au Coop d’à côté aurait offert de bien meilleures options. Vu l’état général de la chambre, j’étais angoissée à l’idée de dormir dans le lit, redoutant même la présence de punaises de lit. Une expérience à oublier, et surtout un hôtel à éviter à tout prix ! Just one night. All over my body is bitten by bedbugs!!!

Great location. We are all bitten by bedbugs. Especially people who sleep on the couch bed. And the electronic stove don’t work.
