The staff at this place is HOR-RI-BLE. Never met such unkind people. Literally everything you ask is too much and comes with a lot of sighing and moaning. Showers dont work. Curtain was broke. Booked it because of the nice pictures. But it was really a 1 out of 10 for me and my friend.
unfortunately one room was robbed, the cameras were turned off and the police could not do anything about it. the other travelers were the best, that's why atmosphere gets 5/5stars
Je n’ai pu y rester qu’une nuits au lieu de 4 car ils ont décidé d’annuler ma réservation sans tenter de me joindre par téléphone alors que j’ai payer la moitié en ligne je suis arrivée après 35h de trajet et je n’ai pas eu de compréhension de leur côté alors qu’ils étaient en tort Prix à la nuit très cher également
I couldn't stay there for one night instead of 4 because they decided to cancel my reservation without trying to reach me by phone while I paid half online I arrived after 35h of travel and I didn't have any understanding on their side so they were wrong Price per night very equally expensive
it was a nice hostel with lots of potential. some things to note: - no hot water in the showers - wifi barely worked in the rooms (common area was fine) - construction beside the hostel throughout the day - no shoe rule, which i’m okay with, but the floors were filthy. i went to bed every night with dirty feet - smell of mold in the showers - no locks on room doors despite this i still had a great stay! i just expected much more since this hostel is on the pricier side for general...
The hostel was quite loud during my stay. The doors of the dorms are very loud so you would wake up every time someone walks in or out + there was some construction work going on. Nevertheless a nice hostel.
Pros: - great pod beds. Comfortable mattress. 2 good pillows. Lots of storage. Black out curtain. Sheets changed q3 days if requested - day trips offered - layout makes it very easy to socialise - good A/C Cons - toilet often had no toilet paper and not all showers had good pressure - no hostel communal events eg. Family dinner (although advertised on the website) - when asking about local activities / opening times etc staff often did not know and advised we ask someone else outside t...
C'est un très jolie endroit, un peu a l'écart du centre perso j'ai adoré. Le lieu est accueillant les espaces communs sont tops, le seul hic c'est les douches qui ont zéro pression mais sinon c'était bien.
It's a very nice place, a little bit away from the center of the city but I loved it. the place is welcoming the common areas are top notch, the only hiccup is the showers that have zero pressure but otherwise it was fine.
Had a great stay at Casavia, very relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. We loved the quiet hostel room and quiz night with other guests. The shower pressure was quite low and washing machine was out of order. Overall a lovely hostel and would come back :)
The showers did not worked and if they worked there were some drips coming out but not more. The AC in the room was freezing and eve if you switched it up it went down again. One person of the Suff were always very very loud no matter what time it was. The other persons from the stuff were nice.
Super hostel ! L'ambiance est très sympa, beaucoup d'endroits sont bien aménagés pour passer du temps seul ou en groupe et on s'y sent bien ! C'était un super séjour que l'on recommande à tous les voyageurs de passage à Sirgao 😊
Super hostel! the atmosphere is very nice, many places are well equipped to spend time alone or in groups and you feel good there! it was a super stay that we recommend to all travelers passing through Sirgao 😊

Great spot!
I stayed three nights at Casavia Hostel and had a really great experience. The welcome was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The place is well maintained and beautifully designed, with a cozy mezzanine area where you can sit, read, play guitar, or just relax. We had a double room with a 140 cm bed, which was very comfortable and pleasant overall. The bed itself was especially comfortable. Overall, a very positive stay with great value for money.

ich finde die bilder der unterkunft sehen nicht ansatz so toll aus wie in echt. ich war begeistert vom hostel. sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. durch die „kabinen“ konnte man sein bett gut abdunkeln und konnte sehr gut schlafen trotz licht.
i find the pictures of the accommodation see not approach as great as in real. i was thrilled with the hostel. very tasteful and modern furnished. through the cabines one could get his bed gut abdareln and could sleep very well despite the light.
Absolutely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! I stayed here for a week and loved every minute, I could have easily stayed much longer. Spacious 8‑person dorms with plenty of storage, super clean, amazing common area, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location near the beach. Highly recommend!
Very good hostel
Casavia is a beautiful hostel to relax at. The staff is very friendly and the dorms and common areas are great! The bathrooms weren’t always clean and the showers mostly had low water pressure. Very chill hostel, however, not very social.
Beautiful Hostel, funny and welcoming hosts and staff, planned dinners with all guests were fun, booking surflessons and Motorbikes is very easy at the reception. Would go there again any timed

Just a really love chilled hostel, with a cosy common area and kitchen and such nice quiet dorms!
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, a short bike ride from the general lunar, a quiet beach just foot steps away, the staff and people staying there became my friends, and I was so sad to leave, 5 days was not enough. Everyone was trying to extend their stay but they were fully booked and I see why, could not recommend more!
Grundsätzlich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage bei Cloud 9, das Personal war allerdings leider nicht wirklich freundlich, man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt, und bei den Bädern konnte man Abends nur eins von den dreien im oberen Stockwerk nutzen weil bei einem das Licht nicht ging und bei dem anderen das Türschloss verzogen war. Der komplette obere Bereich ist no shoes, also Bäder und Zimmer, und nicht wirklich sauber, wodurch unsere Füsse auch die meiste Zeit dreckig waren.
Basically very nice accommodation with a good location at Cloud 9, the staff was unfortunately not really friendly, you didn't feel welcome, and with the bathrooms you could only use one of the three upstairs in the evenings because the lights didn't work in one and the door lock was bent in the other.

Loved this Hostel! Only stayed for one night because my flight away from Siargao was cancelled. I previously stayed 5 nights at Mad Monkey, but I wish I had stayed here! Lovely place for relaxed socializing or an introvert with mellow vibes, great kitchen, and comfortable very private bunks. Not as much party energy as other hostels but fantastic for being social while still sleeping before an early morning surf.
Such a friendly and chill hostel - excellent vibes! I had a big life drama as soon as I arrived and Carlos helped me so much trying to fix it and was so kind…meant a lot. Sheila is one of the best hostel dogs out there. The resident chicken is a bit suspicious though
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at, the beds are comfy and private. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working for a few of the days I was there. Fairly clean overall and there’s a communal kitchen you can use. Additionally, the upstairs chill area is so comfy and has really good couches/places to lounge. The restaurant wasn’t super active or diverse in food choices but there’s many restaurants nearby. I got sick towards the end but overall a pretty decent stay.
