+ The location might be the only positive thing. Or maybe if you fancy sleeping in a hostal that has more atmosphere of a pub than an actual comfortable place to sleep, it’s your place
- No water, filthy bathrooms , very bad WiFi , smoking aloud in the social area , which makes it smell like smoke in the rooms too

- Place was old and not well preserved. There was only one bathroom for all the hostel and most of the time smelled terribly. They should renovate the place.

- El personal tiene mal trato ; reservamos habitación doble y nos dieron matrimonial. Al salir olvidamos entregar la llave pero nos dimos cuenta y regresamos después de 5 minutos y el personal de atención nos gritó
We didn't like to stay here. there is no kitchen and all night very loud because its a party hostel.
The staff is nice and friendly and the location is good but the biggest problem is that they do this "party nights" with super loud music. For example I stayed there on a Thursday and there was super loud TECNO music from 6 pm. Till 11 pm. (And nobody partying or dancing) And for people who want to rest after a long day of excursions and visiting it's completely impossible. The music is so loud that you cannot even make a call inside the hotel or work or doing anything basically
Extremly rude staff
I actually ended booking another hostel. The hostel had no idea how long we were staying, even though I had booked days ahead of time. Instead of solving the issue over the phone, Dragonfly told me to come to the hostel in person, which required a taxi across the city. It was only after I told them that I wasn't staying that they agreed to communicate with me over the phone. Even then, they didn't have the rooms I reserved.
- The staff wanted us to pay more than what we agreed on over booking. Wouldn't recommend
+ Pasamos una buena primera noche en el hostal antes de nuestro viaje al Manu. La ubicación es estupenda y el trato nos pareció correctísimo. Tanto que cerramos reserva con ellos para nuestro regreso de la selva cuatro días después, pero…
- El mismo día del regreso (sin tiempo para improvisar muchas alternativas) nos empiezan a marear respecto a lo convenido. Que si ha habido un problema con el sistema, que si no está la habitación que habíamos reservado… Todas las opciones que nos proponían solo eran ventajosas para el establecimiento (pasar de habitación privada a dormitorio colectivo al mismo precio!). Tuvimos la sensación de que jugaban con nuestra reserva como si fuéramos piezas intercambiables. Finalmente nos fuimos muy molestos para descubrir… ya en nuestro nuevo alojamiento… que habían cerrado la reserva vía Booking de su propuesta (la del dormitorio colectivo) sin mi consentimiento. Lo supe porque, afortunadamente, recibí el correo con la cancelación (pero yo nunca había gestionado esa solicitud de reserva). No sabía que los alojamientos podían tomarse estas libertades, la verdad. En resumen, a pesar de que el sitio es agradable, la informalidad y poquísima claridad de sus gestores lo convierte en una opción que genera poquísima -por no decir ninguna- confianza. Alertados quedáis.

Super friendly staff! Nice breakfast and good location. Not very social and lacked a kitchen
We enjoyed our stay at this hostel, though the showers were a challenge. They are small stalls that open directly into public areas. You had to develop a system to get into them, get changed, and then get your clothes out of the shower before you turned it on, without flashing everyone. Like many hostels in Peru the doors to the the larger dorm rooms don't have locks, but they did have lockers in the rooms themselves. The front desk staff were nice. Love, love, loved our stay here! The location is fabulous - super walkable to everything you're going to want to do in Cusco. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they had someone at the front desk 24 hours. Great hangout space, great amenities. Would recommend again and again.
Great staff, super friendly and helpful. If you desire a social atmosphere this is the place for you but if not then it may be slightly overpriced. Overall I would definitely consider staying there again.

- My room was on 1st floor next to the road and very noisy
The bathroom set up is sort of weird with the toilets being for all genders. Then the showers didn’t have an area to keep your things dry so you couldn’t get changed into clothes after showering and again was mixed bathroom. But free breakfast was nice and private room was good. The 2 nights we were there there was no social vibe going on and we had a drink from the bar but nobody was around. Was nice and chilled although. Quick walking into the main square

Het hostel is proper en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het gratis ontbijt is echt wel lekker en voldoende! In het hostel zelf is er niet echt veel te doen qua activiteiten.

El Hostel es bastante cómodo, el personal amable y atentos a mis preguntas. Tienen una agencia que me ayudó a planificar mis tours. Me quedé en un cuarto compartido de 4 personas con camas individuales, bastante cómodas, lo único malo es que el cuerpo olía a humedad pero no es mayor problema para mi, ya que no hacía frío por la noche
I had a great time at Dragonfly! Its in a great location and the staff were so lovely. My only complains would be that the plugs are loose, so my plug fell when I was in the top bunk. Also the wifi isnt great in the rooms. Overall I had a brilliant stay and would definitely come back!
had a good time here, rooms were very dark tough and it was not very social
