- Ich kam spät abends an und mir wurde ein 2x2 qm zimmer zugeteilt. Die größe war für mich kein problem. Allerdings war dieses kleine Zimmer so dermaßen feucht, dass die gesamte bettwäsche klamm und fast nass war. Als ich zur rezeption ging und um ein neues Zimmer bat, ging die angestellte mit mir zum Zimmer, um sich selbst zu überzeugen. Und sie bestätigte die feuchte Bettwäsche. Die zeigte mir darauf hin 2 weitere Zimmer die genauso waren und auch beim letzten bestätigte sie das klamme Bett, sagte aber, dass kein weiteres Zimmer zur verfügung stünde. Ich fragte nach einem Upgrade, das ich auch selbstverständlich bezahlt hätte. Es gab jedoch kein freies Zimmer. Habe danach in einem Dormzimmer geschlafen, was für mich auch kein Problem war, aber auch da war es feucht. Die steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, es war unfassbar laut. Ich hatte für 2 nächte gebucht, bin jedoch am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt. Es gab keine erstattung, kein entgegenkommen. Habe in einem viel günstigeren Zimmer übernachtet als gebucht und bekam nichts zurück.
- The private room was very dull with no ventilation and very less lighting. The hostel was empty so we did not stay in the hostel even for one night.

- Unfortunately, this hotel is completely unsatisfactory. They force you to walk barefoot in the hotel, even though the floors are dirty. There are drunk people vomiting in the shared bathrooms daily, and even if you book a private room, you will have to pass by and see this sight. The girl at the reception is very rude; we requested to extend our checkout time by just one hour, and she asked for an additional fee despite us having booked for eight nights. Also, you have to request room cleaning daily; if you don't, they won't clean the room for you. Once, I found my room door open, and I suspect the cleaning lady forgot to close it. I reported it to the reception, and they acted as if it was completely normal, without any apology or concern.

Nice hostel, clean but no atmosphere at all
very strange rules about visitors, got harshly spoken to by an employee for trying to bring a friend up to hangout in the common area? I understand it for security reasons in rooms and bathrooms, but common area with me? It’s strange and I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that.
It was a bit smelly in the dorm but otherwise it was clean, the location was great if you want to stay near Bangla Road.
Nice hostel in the Patong area. Staff are really nice and helpful (moved us into a different room for the night as someone was sick in ours). Not very social although there is a small bar and pool area with a free cocktail token. Pool looks bigger on the pictures… it’s tiny 🤣 overall not a bad place to stay :)
Pro‘s: - Soft mattresses - Big lockers - Looks really fancy, especially with all the bears everywhere, even the faucets are bears - Got keycards, way better then normal keys - Good water pressure in the showers Con’s: - No hangers in the bathrooms - No fridge - No shelfs in the bunks - No mirrors in the rooms
Lage war perfekt. Zimmer und Bäder wurden immer regelmäßig geputzt. Sehr nettes Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Matratze und das Kopfkissen waren leider ziemlich hart,aber für paar Tage vollkommen machbar. Der Pool war echt ein Highlight, Vorallem mit diesem Ausblick! Die Musik von den Straßen war leicht zu hören, aber nicht nervig. Würde das Hostel immer wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Patong - Phuket gehen würde.

Great location, super clean hostel, and close to bus stop to Phuket airport, definitely recommend it.

Parfait comme hostel. Dommage qu’il soit à Phuket, je n’ai pas aimé Patong.

Good hostel, not much privacy on the top bunk.. filled with drunk 18yr olds. Otherwise staff were helpful and nice rooftop
The best hostel ever aircon was really good and staff incredibly friendly a really nice chill hostel 1 minute from the beach I left my wallet here and the staff was incredibly patient and kind helping me to get it back could not recommend it more

The hostel is fine it’s clean and well maintained the toilets and showers are nice and they do offer good drink deals it’s a good location near the beach and the strip but it lacks in stuff to do at the hostel it doesn’t have any pool table or people working there to do activities so it lacks that social vibe that a lot of hostels have apart from that it’s good.
