+ I did not stay at the property. The property owner offered a solution/alternative the next day, but It was too late.

- We arrived early in the morning and could not access the property even though we had earlier communicated to the property owner. So frustrating. The taxi driver who was with us mentioned that severally he had brought clients in at early/late hours and they couldn’t access. That meant you had to find an alternative for the night/hours. That needs to change because it risks the safety of people.

+ Niente! Non venite qui

- Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione della camera ho subito comunicato alla struttura che sarei arrivato in tarda serata per fare il check-in e loro mi hanno confermato senza problemi. Il giorno prima scrivo un messaggio ricordando che sarei arrivato verso mezzanotte e non ricevo risposta. Quando arrivo alla struttura stanco e dopo ore di volo trovo due ragazzi masai ad attendermi mentre guardano la televisione. Mi accompagnano alla stanza e scopro che era già occupata, chiedo delucidazioni ma loro non riescono a spiegarmi perché non sanno parlare inglese. Dopo mezz’ora di discussione tramite Google traduttore ci dicono che la nostra stanza è stata assegnata ad altri che se vogliamo stare lì dobbiamo dormire con altri ospiti nella stessa stanza! Senza dire null’altro si rimettono a guardare la tv. Alla fine con la mia ragazza abbiamo dovuto camminare al buio all’una di notte per trovare un’altro hotel. Maleducati, poco rispettosi per non dire altro

+ Έχει πολύ ωραία αυλη και βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή

- Ήταν αρκετά βρόμικο ειδικα το πατωμα του δωματίου και οι τουαλέτες. Στα δωμάτια πολλών ατόμων μύριζε αρκετά άσχημα. Δεν υπήρχε άμεση εξυπηρέτηση στις υπηρεσίες δωματίου. Έχασα κάποια χρήματα αργά το βράδυ στην αυλή τους και ενώ φύγαμε τελευταίοι το επόμενο πρωί κάνεις δεν τα βρήκε. Επίσης μια κοπέλα από το προσωπικό μου πρότεινε ένα μαγαζί για πλύσιμο ρούχων και όταν την ρώτησα πόσα χρήματα να της αφήσω για να το πληρώσει μόλις έρθει μου είπε την διπλάσια τιμή από όσο κόστιζαν τα ρούχα μόλις την ενημέρωσα ότι έχω δει τις τιμές στο internet έκανε ότι καλεί το καθαρίστηριο και μου είπε ότι εν τέλη έκανε λάθος ενώ δεν κάλεσε κανέναν. Είχαμε παραγγείλει φαγητο το βραδυ και μιας κοπέλας το πιατο ενώ το είχε πληρώσει δεν ήρθε ποτέ αλλά το προσωπικό υποστηριζε ότι έχει πάει όλες τις παραγγελίες.

+ the location & breakfast

- everything - I spent about 58 USD for a double room that had a torn bedsheet, dirty bathrooms. no water bottles in the room. I have stayed in hotels across Dar and I promise you that 50ish dollars will get you much better. I read a few reviews that mentioned of a friendly owner on site. well, I believe I saw them a few times and didn’t even share greetings. Breakfast was great. Staff in the morning was friendly. Wanted to experience a hostel once. maybe just not for me.

+ Staff accogliente e disponibile, bella struttura. Ambiente in cui fare belle conoscenze. Nota positiva per la colazione, con la possibilità di scegliere diverse tipologie di colazione. Inoltre è anche possibile cenare li.

+ I loved the staff and the cute cats that are moving around, the place is very chilled and location is great.

- I wished to have a bigger and a thicker blanket.

- Too noisy. The room is above a bar playing very loud music until 2am

+ 房间不错的，很整洁，内部设施齐全，员工非常友好

- 共用的厕所、淋浴间需要改进，这个门挡看起来并不是能很好的保护隐私，淋浴间如果可以放一个置物架来放置衣物就更好了

+ Calm, and comfortable place to escape the chaos of Dar. Great bar/restaurant area with very good food. Well stocked bar. Staff on point. Room was great, lovely to have good AC. Henry the owner was a star and really helped me with planning my trip.

- Nothing not to like.

+ Nice place in the best location of the city. The staff is friendly, there's restaurant and bar.

- WiFi doesn't reach the room
