Slechte service door de manager!!! Ze zit de hele dag in dat hostel beetje te drinken terwijl ondertussen dat hele hostel slecht wordt geregeld. Water op. elke avond was er geen water. Laat staan het feit dat wij 7 uur op onze incheck hebben moeten wachten en we daar als tegoed een lullige food coupon voor hebben gekregen

DO NOT STAY HERE! Only good thing about this place is the location and even then it’s not worth it. We had no running water for our stay and just kept being told “someone was coming” but couldn’t tell us when. Ppl still used the bathrooms which caused foul smells throughout the building and nothing was being done about it. We had no wifi and were told “that’s sucks”. I had to argue to get even half compensation for our awful stay. Would never recommend

By far, the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. I booked a female-only room, but was placed in a mixed dorm and ended up waking up to a couple having sex. The bathroom was dirty, with a clogged drain, and the hostel was without water for an entire day, making it impossible to shower, brush my teeth, or even use the toilet, as they were all full of waste. Even after informing them that I needed to check out early, there was no one available to assist me.

Schlecht. Kein wlan in den obersten Räumen, kein Toilettenpapier oder Mülleimer oder Warmwasser in den Baderäumen. Wurden einfach so umgebucht in größere Räume ohne Erstattung.

This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in! If you are a solo female traveller please DON’T STAY HERE!! The only guests we saw were old men looking in their 50s-70s. One guy was walking around in his underwear and kept walking past the bedrooms every 5 minutes. The doors do not lock and the door from the street stays open all night so anyone can walk in anytime, there is nothing preventing strangers entering the building or rooms. There was no toilet paper and the staff were not helpful at...

The pod was spacious and the volunteers, Jan and Dan, created a really good atmosphere. We booked for a 6 person room (located in the old building) but it was so cramped and bathrooms were mouldy. We got moved to the 20 person room, which had more modern facilities, but rarely had toilet paper and weren’t particularly clean. Worst hostel I've stayed in. We booked a private room and it wasn't ready at check in time. Moved rooms 3 times: air con broken, shower broken, ceiling leak dripping rain onto our bags. None of the lockers worked and anyone can walk into hostel from the street. No wifi which was advertised on listing. Bed sheets stained amd damp, plug sockets broken. Staff were nice but refused a refund as their management wouldn't let them- this happened to several people. Management don't maintain property

It has good location because it's close to Kata beach but besides that there's no bars/clubs, the staff wasn't very nice, and there's no soap or toilet paper in any bathrooms. I wouldn't stay here again.

the lock on our dorm was busted, toilets were super dirty and covered in water from the showers. very noisy and an hour from central by motorbike. ac is on all night too low so the room is freezing. (especially if you are on a bed directly next to it)

Was in a perfect location inside a night market, and a 5-10min walk to the beach. The staff were super friendly especially Delaney. They have nightly activities so it’s very social.

Meine Erwartungen an das Hostel wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Das Hostel war sauber, die Betten geräumig und klar abgeteilt, sodass die Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet war. Gleichzeitig war es super einfach Kontakte in der Unterkunft zu knüpfen, vor allem durch die abendlichen Veranstaltungen im Hostel. only stayed for one night but was decent, bed frames were very wobbly and squeaky though. Overall okay!

Great hostel, really easy location for getting to beaches and super friendly staff, fun events made even better by the reps especially (maisy, phoebe, Henry and Brody)

We stayed here for 5 nights and not one day were we bored! We had so much fun. The staff were incredible and got us involved straight away and everyone was so lovely. Loads of activities every night and overall just a great experience. Definitely recommend coming here if coming to Phuket!

Booked a female dorm and was taken to a mixed dorm, spoke to reception. They took me to a new room which was mixed again. Took over an hour to sort out and they had to get the manager in. Manager was very kind and sorted it and gave me free drink and food in return. 5 mins walk from beach, bathrooms could be cleaner.

Slumber was class, Delaney and the staff were incredible. If you’re taking part in Songkran, this is a must visit hostel

This place was great. 7/11 near by, tons of food and super awesome staff. Delaney was amazing and made sure the games and activities were fun and engaging.

Nice hostel wel freat staff. Especially D is really warm, helpfull and sweet!

Such a good spot, really good location & atmosphere and so easy to meet people with the events. Delaney is a legend! If you have any questions at all she is so sound and willing to help in any way possible, would 100% recommend

Top Lage – der Strand ist super schnell zu erreichen und direkt nebenan gibt’s einen süßen Night-Market mit richtig gutem Essen. Bars sind auch direkt in der Nähe ! Die Zimmer waren sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Man kommt mega easy mit anderen ins Gespräch, weil das Hostel echt offen und sozial ist. Wurde direkt am Anfang super herzlich von Delaney empfangen, hab mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Perfekt, wenn man Leute kennenlernen will

Sick place, big shout out to Delaney who help me out massive when I had lost my phone. Highly recommend staying in the pods, they are massive. Food was good, super clean, staff are great, overall great place.

Loved staying at Slumber Party Hostel. The place was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall setup was great. The staff were warm and helpful, and the vibe was lively with friendly guests. Perfect for meeting people and enjoying your trip.
