- Но есть постельные клопы и это просто аннулирует все. В полночь я проснулась и увидела несколько клопов на матрасе и в это же время другие девочки с комнаты тоже суетились и спускались вниз, у них тоже было клопы. Ночью не смогли найти другое место, мест не было поблизости. И пришлось нам ночевать внизу на лобби. Другие туристы, которые длительно проживают, сказали что клопы именно в женских номерах и эта проблема каждые 2-3 дня. Так что так)))

- Çalışanlar hiç kibar değil (küçük tatlı çalışan dışında) bir ara acaba zorla mı kalıyorum burada diye hissettim. Çalışanlardan dolayı puan kırdım.

- BEDBUGS!!!!!! We found signs of bedbugs (dark marks on the bed sheets) in the female dorm. When asked about it, the employees seemed surprised and shocked. Still the only solution they offered was changing the sheets. After reading other reviews on google and here on booking.com we decided to leave. Suddenly during check out employees admitted that there has been bedbugs in the exact room in january even though they did not say anything about it on the first time. They claimed that they have had someone taking care of the problem and assured that the bedbugs are on a different bed and that there is no chance that they would be on mine. Obviously the issue is still there because there were fresh marks on my bed. Would not recommend staying in this hostel before the problem is actually taken care of.

- I was accommodated in a room (Female only dorm) where you could smell a strong lemongrass scent and where two mattresses were missing which seemed surprising to me so I asked the receptionist why there are no mattresses and her response was "we are fixing something". She reassured me it's not about bedbugs... Somehow I did not feel comfortable on the bed the whole evening and shortly after turning the light off I realized I was not alone on my bed - surprise surprise - BEDBUGS! I went down to the reception, it was around 1:20am and even though the reception was supposed to be open until 2:00, after reporting the problem what I heard was "my shift is over, I will call my boss tomorrow". I was checking out the next day and naturally I was not planning to sleep on a bed together with bugs so I insisted. Receptionist's solution was to change the sheets and I didn't know whether to laugh or cry so then she called someone and had a conversation IN the room so she woke everyone up SMH... Eventually it turned out that one of beds in another room was actually available even though it was not cleaned after the previous guest.... The whole room (the initial one), if not the whole level should be out of order!!! But hey, it's the high season and business is business so who would care - lemongrass will do, right? Disgusting.

Despite informing them in advance that I would have to pay after my 6-hour trip, I was attacked and threatened with a knife by one of the young men working in the hostel, the owner's brother, after she was incited against me by one of the domineering employees, whose style is provocative and who does not know how to talk or engage in dialogue, claiming that I am evading paying in cash (she is tall, ugly, and blonde). All this because I was late for one of the outings organized by a travel agency.

+ I've stayed at this hostel several times and I can say I'll be back. It's probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Thailand.

- When I left, I was rushing to catch the bus and wanted to have breakfast. I asked the staff to prepare it early, but they told me it was only until 7:30 (and they were cleaning up now). This was disappointing, considering it was all done in a leisurely manner at 7:30—believe me, no one had even served breakfast yet. I think they could be a little more considerate of guests' requests, especially since breakfast is just frying an egg.

+ Location is great, you have 7 Eleven close; They have laundry; The decoration is nice.

- In the description of Booking does not say that you won’t have window in the room; Do not create expectations regarding the breakfast (one bread, one omelette, 3 slices of cucumber 3 of tomato and a small sausage), if you wanna repeat you should pay; The wall of the room is so tiny that you could hear everything around; The staffs members are not friendly; I did not feel comfortable there, you have notes everywhere saying that “you will pay for this if you do it” like somebody threatening you

+ Mọi thứ đều tốt, không gian rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí gần chợ đêm cuối tuần, chỉ cách 1 phút đi bộ, điều này rất thuận tiện.

- Đó là một nhược điểm chung của dạng phòng chung, khi có một người ngáy quá to, điều đó thật đáng sợ. Đây không phải là lỗi của chủ nhà, chỉ là bạn cần cân nhắc nếu cần một giấc ngủ tốt.

+ De absolutamente tudo! Funcionários educados, localização perfeita, tudo muito limpo e organizado, o café da manhã bem simples porém muito bom, se um dia eu voltar para Phuket com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.

+ The room was modern and nicely designed, with a stylish and contemporary look.

- Unfortunately, the room was quite small and had no windows. Everything was fully automated and outside and nearby there were exposed cables that made strange noises during the stay, which was a bit uncomfortable during the stay. The staff were not very helpful, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. Overall, the place looks nice but the experience did not fully meet our expectations.
