There were two bedbugs in my bed((

Do not go there, its the worst hostel I have ever been, it was full of mentally ill people and bed bugs and, the vibe was non exiting, the average age of the people there was 37+, the location was good, close to bars but other that that, go somewhere else, you will thank me.

Couldn’t get into my room with code provided by hostel via email, hostel spammed me with emails to pay without providing a way to pay, bedding had bed bugs so had to wash everything 2x, kitchen was disgusting, wouldn’t suggest.

I arrived a little earlier and I wrote asking whether I could check in sooner, but they told me I couldn’t. Fine. I came to the hostel to leave my things, and my room was already cleaned and empty. So why couldn’t they simply tell me that from 1 p.m. I could check in and get some sleep, since I had been traveling all night? It felt strange and definitely not in the customer’s favor. The door code only started working at 3 p.m., so I went in and took a shower. The shower was already so dirty that the water wouldn’t drain, there was hair everywhere on the floor, in the bathroom, in the sinks. It made me want to put on rubber shoes just to avoid standing in that mess. Disappointing. Check out was at 11 a.m and check-in only starts at 3 p.m., so why was it so dirty? The next morning I understood why. I had a meeting at 9, so I came to the shower at 8:30, and the cleaning lady told me I couldn’t go in because she was cleaning. Cleaning at 8:30, when everyone is trying to wash, dry their hair, and use the toilet. She even blocked off the toilet so no one could go in because she was cleaning it. So where was I supposed to go to the bathroom? I went to the men’s, and she still complained at me :) At the evening I wanted to leave my luggage in the locker, but I had to go out with my bags because calling reception felt like calling into a black hole. This isn’t my first time in this hostel, so I have something to compare it to. This time it was very dirty experience. and last ones: There’s no longer a coffee machine; instead there's instant coffee :) The beds are creaky; it probably wouldn’t be hard to fix, and it would make sleeping much nicer.

weird owner from Georgia Ukrainia, running this business just to have residential permission in EU and of course to earn money. Ugly dirty place with canalisation, urin smell despite of all open windows on 5 floor. In small rooms sqeasing 6 people.( Dirty and Bedbugs.

Very nice window view for Palace of Culture, toilets were relatively clean, they clean them up everyday, showers not very private without possibility to lock in. Overall it's good, no bedbugs, bed linen was also clean .
