My bunk had cum all over the curtains and the room was supposed to have aircon but it didn’t work

Don't go to their Pub Crawl !. After me and my brother got denied entry to one of the Pubs (Beat Club), the girl staff that was in charge of us completely denied that we were in her pub crawl and refused to refund us claiming that we didn't pay in the first place (we did pay). Beside this the Hostel is not bad

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel. Die Heizung war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts außer Betrieb, was bei den kalten Temperaturen absolut inakzeptabel ist! Ich habe mehrmals an der Rezeption nach einer Lösung gefragt, doch mein Anliegen wurde entweder ignoriert oder mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden abgetan.Die Zimmer waren eiskalt, sodass an Schlaf kaum zu denken war. avoid this hostel. staff is not that friendly. they have an expensive pub crawl. I have asked if I could join and pay at the door only the first bar they said no and they also said the bouncer to not let me in. instead, an American girl (only girl of the group) got the luxury to do the pub crawl for free. hostel is not that clean, rooms are very small and prices of the bar are like London. plus it was very cold everywhere

The cleanliness was outrageous! The bathrooms were constantly dirty and messy. The bedrooms looked like they had never been cleaned before. My bed was covered in hair and the sheets were stained and really smelled. I changed room and the same thing happened. I also booked for a Female-only dorm (payed extra) and there was a man in my room. When I asked to change room, I was told by staff to Kick the man out of room myself lol very unprofessional

Once great, checking out I found the downstairs bathroom covered in vomit/fecal matter - reported it to the night receptionist so she could lock the door . Her response with a giggle 'Ill leave it to the next guy or house keeping'. The breakfast lady verbally assaulted a young female guest who was sleeping ln the sofa with another guest 'YOU MAKE ME ASHAMED TO BE A WOMAN' in front of a whole room of other guests. The pub crawls and boat parties are great but dont make up for this behaviour

Private ensuite room wasn't very clean and neither were bed sheets and pillow cases. Cleaner had access to room and apart from emptying recycling bin he / she did nothing else. Would expect a bit more for what was a reasonable amount of money.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hostel wasn’t great. The rooms were extremely tiny, leaving no personal space, and to make matters worse, the AC wasn't working at all, making it uncomfortable. The washroom was just okay but always had a lingering smell, which wasn’t pleasant. The shower area was quite disappointing – it was constantly flooded with water on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for

Reservei um quarto suite, e o que obtive foi um quarto com chuveiro ao lado da cama. Nunca tinh ficado num sitio assim e achei extremamente desagradável e decepcionante. A sabita era numa cada de banho partilhada.

Amazing location, very clean hostel. Staff was very friendly. Talha was really helpful and recommended great restaurants and places to visit.

This was my third stay at the central house Taksim. The 6 bed female dorm + ensuite was super clean and comfortable during my stay. Talha is genuinely super helpful and made my stay so enjoyable, and Bebek the cat is so cute. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere clean and comfortable, modern, and close to Taksim.

The location is great, walking distance to many places (one of them being kucukciftlik park makes it easier for concerts) Very friendly and socializable atmosphere, you’ll make friends for sure (one of them being Talha, he’s the best!!) place is clean and safe, people are nice, what else can you ask for

I had a great stay at this hostel. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a very friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect and everything is well organized. A special thanks to Talha — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He made my stay much easier and more enjoyable with his positive attitude and great service. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone. I would happily stay here again!

Had a great stay here! Very easy to get to from the airport via bus. The staff were friendly, good cafe across the road & placed in a good location near the train station etc. Rooms were clean & quiet :) rooftop wasn’t open when I stayed so that was the only downside as there isn’t really any common area

Hostel confort et personnel agréable, surtout Tallah.

The hostel is clean, in a good location close to Taksim square and havaist bus stop. Only issue is that the bar was closed during my second stay. The staff is helpful especially Talha, he's the best!!

Clean, social hostel in a historical building. The area is pretty convenient, close to Haivaist bus stop and Taxim square. I only wish there was a kitchen, other than that pretty good, I would book it again. The staff is also very helpful especially Talha, he is the best ✨

Great hostel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very modern rooms and bathrooms. Incredibly clean and everything smells fresh. Continuous communal vibes in the lobby. Just one important design flaw in my opinion; the top beds in shared hostels are too high up and there’s no handles on the right nor left to hold while climbing or descending. It is kind of dangerous in my opinion, and I did indeed have a misstep while descending and broke my right toenail. Quite painful tbh. This needs to be fix...

An incredibly beautiful hostel; the location, cleanliness, and bed quality are excellent. A huge thank you to Talha, the night receptionist, for everything. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I decided to extend my trip to Istanbul by two more days, and of course, I'm still staying at this hostel.

Hostel is nice and cozy. Breakfast is great and the host Talha was very friendly and great! What a great experience at this hostel!

I did reviewed this hostel multiple times , so this is another update , my first time in this hostel was in 2018 when it used to be called Bunk hostel , The hostel hasn't changed much except the breakfast decrease quality , the lockers no longer work with codes (which i don't mind) , still my fav hostel to go to when I'm in Turkey , also Thanks to the receptionist Talha for being friendly everytime.

This place is perfect and inexpensive and they even give you a free breakfast. I was so impressed with how much time and care the staff gave me when asking for recommendations. Thank you very much!

This is by far the best hostel in Istanbul. Mr. Talha at the reception was very helpful. He showed me a cheaper way to get to the airport. His restaurant recommendations were also excellent. Hostel is very very clean. Thank you very much for everything
