I was actually going to rate 5 star because location is great and rooms and facilites are a lot better. But I rated 3 stars because there are bedbugs in the rooms. I couldn't sleep comfortably 2 nights because of bites, at first I thought there were mosquitos(which is another problem but it is related with Lviv city) but I turned on the lights during the night, I have killed couple of bedbugs and there were more. Property must take necessary action on it.
