+ The prepared breakfast is very abundant.

- The hotel's lack of integrity is deeply concerning. We had made an online reservation for a spacious room and arrived at the hotel around midnight. To our dismay, the room we were given was drastically different from the photos provided online. It was incredibly small, leaving no room for us to move around once we opened our two suitcases. The bathroom was barely large enough for one person, making it impossible to maneuver if anyone else entered. To exacerbate matters, our room in Lima, where we arrived in April, had neither air conditioning nor a fan, making the heat unbearable. The following day, I approached the front desk to express our dissatisfaction, emphasizing that we had reserved a larger room and should not have been assigned such a cramped space. Initially, the front desk staff was accommodating, offering to switch us to a different room and allowing us to visit and inspect it. To our relief, the room they showed us matched the size we had expected when making the online reservation. However, upon returning later that day, we were informed by the front desk that the room had been allocated to another guest and could no longer be assigned to us. This turn of events left us feeling deeply disappointed. It was evident that despite our prior reservation for a larger room, they had failed to honor it and instead gave precedence to guests who had booked later. Such conduct is utterly absurd and undermines the trust and credibility of the hotel.

- Worst experience ever! All hand soap and body soap are out. No shampoo. In the middle of shower and realized it. Curtains are broken and can’t be closed. Staff had no clue what’s going on and can’t fix anything. Never been to a hotel like this

- No habia agua caliente, habitacion ruidosa y poco segura

+ Posizione in una zona molto fornita e tranquilla! 1 delle 2 ragazze era accogliente, sorridente e molto gentile (quella del nostro check out)

- - la receptionist che ci ha effettuato il check in appena arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio, stanchi morti, ci ha accolto con sufficienza, zero sorrisi, svogliata, zero informazioni, inutile, dovrebbe cambiare lavoro! - camera non come quella scelta, senza riscaldamento, senza acqua calda (il secondo e ultimo mattino del soggiorno) - zero insonorizzazione, rumosa, sembrava di avere gente in camera, ragazzi che chiacchieravano fino a tardi - nemmeno la na bottiglia d’acqua ad accoglierci - poggia testa in tessuto, appoggiato ai cuscini, antigienico

- Ze waren aan het verbouwen. De muren aan.het schilderen met heel erg stinkende verf. Niet op waterbasis. De lucht was niet gezond om in te slapen, dus ik ben weggegaan . Ik had dit graag vantevoren geweten, niet pas bij aankomst zelf achterkomen. En dan om 19 u nog op zoek moeten naar een andere kamer, na een lange vliegreis (12,5 uur).

+ Godkänd frukost. Område nära haver.

- Första hotellet vi besökt där det saknas muggar eller glas för att dricka vatten och borsta tänderna. Inget riktigt fönster. En glugg högt upp som inte gick att stänga riktigt. Låg och frös i kalldraget. Vi hade bokat 3 nätter men checkade ut efter en natt.

+ La situation géographique

- Le bruit, la douche qui fuillait sur le sol, le manque de couverture et l’absence de chauffage, le fait que le 3ème étage (là où nous dormions) était en préfabriqué, … bref bien en deça du standard auquel nous nous attendions

+ Ubicación y personal. Nos prepararon desayuno para llevar. Fácil check in y muy buen trato

- Mucho ruido, aunque ponen tapones para oidos, fue dificil dormir debido al ruido de la gente y de las maderas del alojamiento. La ducha salia con presión baja. La habitación olia mucho a cerrado y a humedad…

+ De locatie was prima

- De hygiëne was slecht (bloed aan de muur, schimmel in de badkamer), het ontbijt was matig (broodje ei) en het licht van de gang schijnt door de gaten in de deur.

+ Ik had problemen met mijn visa kaart en kon dus geen vliegticket boeken. De dame achter de receptie heeft echt van alles uit de kast gehaald om mij hoe dan ook te helpen.

- Hay una obra de construcción al lado, sumamente ruidosa, el desayuno básico

+ Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast & excellent location

+ The staff were very helpful and friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast was lovely as well.

- The room did not have a hairdryer.

+ Das freundliche Personal, der Stil des Hauses, authentisch und schön, die Lage so nah am Pazifik und doch zentral in Miraflores Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden am Ende der Reise nochmal kommen.

- da gibt es nichts

+ L’emplacement dans le cœur de Miraflores. Restaurants et promenade vu mer à coter. La décoration de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner simple mais bon et service à volonté. Gentillesse du personnel. Ménage tout les jours.

- Très mal insonorisé…on entend la télé, les pas et les discussions des autres clients dans les autres chambres. Mauvaise aération chambre très humide. Pas de fenêtres sur l’extérieur. + des travaux en cours toute les jours à partir de 7h30 le matin et nous sommes prévenus qu’en arrivant à l’hôtel donc pas top….nous aurions apprécié être prévenu en amont

+ Muy buen ubicación, fácil de llegar, cercano al malecón y a la plaza de Miraflores, excelente atención, el desayuno es rico, pero en cantidad es poquito, pero es justo para el precio que se esta pagando.

+ Casa Porta welcomed us with their 24h service, which we were happy to use. Breakfast was ok, reception was nice.

- We received a room with no windows and airflow. The sheets and blankets were partially dirty and we had a little bug in one bed. The next days room service cleared up those problems, but in return the only electric outlet in the room was suddendly covered (probably to our best, as our charger got hot before). In the night we were woken up by music and videos from our neighbours room and walking in the room above us in the middle of the night (thin wood ceiling). Breakfast was good but supplementery water and taxi options were quite pricy. It was not bad, but too expensive for what room we received.

+ Location and the friendliness of the staff. Windows overlooking courtyard area. Nicely lit breakfast area.

- Bare floors - I was glad I packed thongs for wearing from bed to bathroom.

+ Personnel aimable. Très bien situé au cœur de Miraflores. Plusieurs sources de wifi. Réception 24h/24 et 7j/7. Propre et dans l’ensemble le carrelage est neuf. Petit déjeuner inclus.

- Salle de bain très petite et toilettes qui se bouchent. Le matelas n’était pas terrible et ma chambre exiguë sans lumière directe (fenêtre haute donnant sur une cour intérieure - il ne faut pas être claustro). Hyper bruyant car donne sur cour intérieure à l’hôtel avec des gens qui parlent et passent sans cesse + des travaux de construction dès 7h du matin. Le personnel a accepté de me laisser partir avant la fin de ma réservation pour que je puisse réserver un autre hôtel (j’ai trouvé beaucoup plus haut de gamme pas loin pour 15$ de plus par nuit - ça valait le coup !). Petit déjeuner sommaire mais en fait plutôt pas mal au vu de ce qui se pratique dans l’hôtellerie à Lima.

+ We arrived early, but it was no problem to store our bags until an early check-in. We also left in the middle of the night for our flight and got some lunch bags instead of the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location great and the atmosphere was peaceful.

+ Świetna lokalizacja w super dzielnicy Miraflores. Niedaleko nad ocean i do innych lokalizacji w Limie. Standard ogólnie ok. Jak za tę cenę w Limie to naprawdę dobre miejsce. Bardzo miła obsługa! Śniadania podstawowe, ale smaczne.

- Niestety obok trwał remont. Codziennie między 7, a 17 nie dało się wysiedzieć w pokoju. Hotel o tym informuje, ale dopiero na miejscu. Myślę, że jak się skończą te działania to będzie już naprawdę ok.

- Petit déjeuner décevant, très peu de choix.

+ Locatie was heel goed, in een mooie buurt en dicht bij het strand waar leuke parkjes zijn. Sfeervol ingericht, en lekker ontbijt.

- Het hotel is best gehorig doir de houten vloer. Hotelgasten die bijvoorbeeld vroeg weggaan en nog inpakken kun je goed horen (heen en weer lopen, koffer over de vloer rijden). Bij het inchecken kregen we oordopjes dus ze spelen hier wel op in 😊
