Bed bugs in 303. They changed the bedding twice and stripped the beds of curtains which was a feeble attempt at getting rid of the critters which alas didn’t work, instead we were left without curtains on our beds for our entire stay. As for their staff, on the whole they were lovely but Brandon wasn’t. He turned out to be quite nasty with some backwards thoughts on assault - so long as he didn’t physically touch someone it’s alright. He proceeded to loose his temper and start shouting and yelling at us after we told him that he wasn’t being very nice. The manager said that he would be removed and that she was sorry for his behaviour; he was not removed. We all received half arsed apologies from him and that was that. Clearly the privacy and comfort of their guests isn’t paramount.

Bed bugs here, showed the photo and they moved my room but didn’t pay for the laundry I had to do to kill any contamination or give and refund and said there was no evidence of bed bugs in my room when I had a photo

Bed bugs!!!!!! And I didn’t get a refund :(
