Very disappointing – for the second time. We booked two separate private rooms, but again only one was available at check-in. Despite correct prepaid bookings via Hostelworld, I had to book and pay extra for another room, as the prepayment was not credited. Rooms were dirty with broken furniture, the shared bathroom had no toilet seat, and the area is extremely noisy from early morning. Poor organization and maintenance – not recommended.
No es como aparece en las fotos, una cosa es ser mochilero y otra que te metan en un cuarto con muchísimas camas donde casi no te puedes ni mover. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba y las de recepción están hasta altas horas hablando y riéndose por lo que se hace muy difícil conciliar el sueño. El suelo del baño siempre está mojado y me di más de un resbalón. El desayuno es ridículo, para eso mejor no poner nada. He estado en muchos hostels y me suelo adaptar, pero a este no volve...
It's not like it looks in the photos, it's one thing to be a backpacker and another to be put in a room with so many beds where you can hardly move. The door to the room wouldn't close and the receptionists are up late talking and laughing so it's very hard to fall asleep. The bathroom floor is always wet and I'm more than a slicker. Breakfast is ridiculous, so it's better not to put anything on. I've been to many hostels and I usually adapt, but this one I wouldn't go back to.
The staff do not respond to emails and were not helpful or freindly
Was a massive disappointment. There was only one shower and it was on the main reception and had no hot water. The reception had music playing all through the night. The staff were friendly enough but gave me no information or helped me find anything. The area was not touristy at all and the only other people staying at the hostel were Colombian workers. There was also no social area or breakfast served.

I'd say your getting exactly what your paying for. Booked a 6 bed room, got put in a 9 with 2 guys sleeping above me, people in and out all night and groups of people sitting in the lobby making noise until early AM. Bathrooms didn't have TP, one of the 3 toilets didnt have a toilet seat. Included breakfast was make yourself white bread and unflavored rice cereal. All in all pretty underwhelmed. Wouldn't recommend.

I booked a two-day stay, I was planning on staying four days, but the first night I couldn't sleep from the insect bite, I had a lot of red spots on my hands, neck, face, pain, stayed two nights, I had to escape.
Endroit propre et personnel aimable! L'auberge se situe tout près des bars et restaurants.L'auberge manque un peu d'amour en ce qui attrait la cuisine et les salles de bains .
The hostel is located right next to the bars and restaurants.The hostel lacks a little love in what attracts the kitchen and bathrooms.

Simple breakfast. Ok internet. Kitchen ok but messy. The lighter to the stove didn’t work. Worst thing about this hostel was the staff: we had spent 13h at the hospital and came back at 01am. I asked the girl in the reception if I could get a glass so I could drink my medicine. There is supposed to be 24h reception but she barely woke up and muttered something. At first she gave me a dirty cup which she had been using, I asked for a clean one and then she needed to be convienes to give me o...

Bon rapport qualité prix, les lits sont confortables. Bémol sur le fait qu’il n’y a pas de volet et un peu loin du centre.
Good value for money, the beds are comfortable, not to mention the fact that it has no shutters and is a bit far from the center.

All in all ok hostel, away from the tourist centre, only one shower had hot water while we were there and looks like it had seen better days. Very friendly staff though.

Preisleistung super, von der Lage her ebenfalls. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man die Stadt von hier aus problemlos erlaufen. Sehr freundliches Personal und alles in Nähe vorhanden.
The price is great, the location is also great. if you are good at walking you can easily explore the city from here. very friendly staff and everything is nearby.

The place was very nice, close to shops, the staff was always very friendly.
Staff was really friendly but a bit far from center. I have the feeling that with some details would be an amazing place. Kitchen was a bit of a mess.

An ok place to stay in bogota, very cheap prices which is nice. The location is close to a lot of stores, bars, and restaurants and close to a bus stop. The free breakfast is just toast and plain cereal that you prepare. The staff were nice but the front desk was often unattended. The front doors were always open and I had some strange people in my room but felt safe in the area in general.

this is a great hotel had the best time lovely staff very welcoming and is in a great area for bars drinks and food and is a very economical price
El personal fue muy amable, me permitieron dejar mis cosas antes del check in y luego del check out. Me ayudaron con el taxi también. Está ubicado cerca de la zona T. Prestaría más atención a la limpieza de los baños. El desayuno es pequeño y de autoservicio.
The staff was very friendly, they allowed me to leave my things before check in and after check out. they helped me with the taxi too. it is located near the T zone. i would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. the breakfast is small and self-service.
