L’état d’une chambre pour deux est déplorable. Punaise de lits!! Et bien d’autres insectes ! Le linge est sale et les draps tachés.

Very relaxed hostel and a very nice staff. Unfortunately I got bedbugs, which was really annoying.

They have bed bugs!!! Do not recommend. When my friend woke up covered in bed bug bites, we showed them and they didn’t do anything about it except change her sheets, which is not an effective way to get rid of them. The rooms smelt so bad it was almost unbearable, and the toilets were disgusting. Don’t stay here.

This place had bedbugs. I notified the staff and they changed the bedsheet but refused to do anything else or move me to another room. Had the worst nights sleep worrying and trying to protect myself from the bugs, and then had to wash my entire backpack multiple times to ensure I hadn’t carried the bugs with me. Pool was nice to have in the city, but not at all worth how unclean the room was.

Don’t stay here - rude staff, the rooms don’t have locks on them, and they have bedbugs.

attention la caution de 10$ n'est pas seulement pour la serviette et les clés du cadenas du locker car ils n'ont jamais voulu mes les rendre avant le check out alors que j'avais rendu la clé et la serviette, en 25 mois de voyages je n'ai jamais vu ça!! de plus ils passent dans les dortoirs à 6h du matin pour vérifier qui est là en te mettant la lumière de leur téléphone en plein visage voir commentaires sur Google apparement ils ont déjà eu des punaises de lit Pas de location possible sans laisser son passeport en caution même pour un vélo actuellement des travaux sur place

Worst stay in Asia so far. The rooms were dirty, nasty smelling, the bathrooms had all mold, some of the mattresses had bedbugs. There are construction works on both sides of the property which makes it almost impossible to sleep from 07:00 (Sundays included!). The smell of the toxic quemicals used next door enter directly into the bedrooms. After 5 days of complaining and asking for a solution, i had to resort to find another place because the migraine was unbearable. The staff made it very hard to leave, wouldn't agree to a full refund of the remaining already paid days even though the issues were on their end. Would not recommend, the pictures may look nice, but the place isn't.

The bathroom of our room smelt very strongly of Urine. This smell radiated out into the bedroom and we struggled to use the bathroom with the door close as it was so bad. We attempted to wash the smell away but we couldn’t. There were lots of bugs in the bedroom as well.

There are a lot of bed bugs here, I got bitten (picture attached). I informed the staff, they just changed me to another room. After changing rooms I still found bed bugs. I continued to notify the staff but they were very indifferent, not interested in the problem I was having. I have to check out to ensure my health. I hope people don’t have the same situation as me in other places. They deleted my report. I will post on all the media channels I have to reflect the truth
