young people running that place. its clean. it is good for sleeping there. but not good for Atmosphere. no interaction with other guests mostly because there are no common spaces to rest or hang around. but it is quiet. that was cool.

Clean and a short walk to the lagoon. There's no shared space which is sad. I felt mostly confined to my room as there was no space to hang out or interact with fellow traveler. I also prefer to have a kitchen to make breakfast or perhaps other meals. They told me that kitchen was their personal space, and I could use it if needed but it was increasingly awkward to be there with the family cooking their meals. It felt like staying at someone's fancy mansion and not a good hostel experience...

La habitación está muy limpia, aunque le falta algún armario y perchas. El trato muy agradable. Pido disculpas pues me despedí agradeciendo los servicios y no me pidieron las llaves. Yo iba cargada y a pie al tren maya. Evidentemente no las voy a usar. Transmitan por favor mis disculpas. Gracias

A nice hostel

Very Nice place, very friendly people and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dark (ground floor) but pleasant. Location is ok, 15mn walk to the centre and 6-7 from the public access to the laguna (20 pesos fee). The family is lovely, they let me use their kitchen (it's theirs, they don't have a kitchen for guests, so obviously we need to ask for permission and wait until they're done). It's not a hostel, so not a place to meet other travellers, but great value if you want a private room

Muy buen lugar para dormir,tranquilo y limpio.Me llevo muy buena experiencia del lugar. Solo que si traes vehiculo tienes que dejarlo en la calle ,pero parece ser un barrio en pueblo tranquilo.

It was totally fine, just in a very dark area where i wouldnt want to Walk around alone. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Just no Social atmosshere there but we Werent looking for it, so it was totally fine.

If you’re looking for a cheap private space close to town this is the spot, the rooms are spotless and if you ask you can use the kitchen. There’s a nice rooftop with a table and chairs, would recommend

Good room in a good location, though slightly far from the center and location in streets that a quite dark to walk at night. Everything you need, spacious rooms, though lacking in little things like lamps and hooks. Staff were very friendly. Not the place for meeting people, more of a hotel.

nice affordable stay 10 min walk from ADO bus and 15 min walk from centro. super quiet and nice getaway but still close to everything. not really a social place like a hostel but it’s nice if you’re looking for a private room!
