Don’t go here very unclean

If you’re backpacking I highly recommend you avoid this place!! Dirty, Noisy and mouldy. People are living in here full time and have no regard for you staying here. People were in and out of the room at all hours of the night banging about and talking. They sent rules which weren’t followed by anyone. People were partying and drinking till daft o’clock in the morning with music on. Stayed here 3 days and hardly got any sleep. Emailed and had no reply back, clearly aren’t bothered.

Severe language barrier with person on reception. Not enough communal space for the number of people staying there; there wasn’t a spare seat in sight. Vomit all over the floor and toilet in women’s bathroom, that wasn’t cleaned for hours. Location is great. The rest of the experience was horrific.

Unfortunately, it was the worst hostel I've ever been to. I had booked a room for 10 people and ended up in a room with about 30 beds. It smelled very bad and the behavior of some people was very disrespectful. The staff were unfortunately not very helpful. I definitely cannot recommend it.

Most boring hostel ever. Not really any socialising. There is free food which is obvs good. I had to wee and shower in the dark as the lights were all out. Rooms are messy and cramped. Staff are not very friendly and the buzzer doesn’t work outside so I was stood outside for ages before I could get in to check in.

honestly would not recommend this hostel, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman solo /international traveller. each room did not have enough lockers for the amount of beds, so very unsafe for keeping passports etc (despite that security lockers are advertised) every night in the hallways / common room there were people sleeping (mostly men) and the reception leaves at 9pm so I do not know what you would do if there was a security issue, all of which made me feel very unsafe.

Lots of people crashing on the couches, squatting as they knew the front door code. Didn’t feel very safe, random people walking in and out of our room. Very dirty.

Probably the worst hostel experience I have ever had. Rude, dirty, blaring music and running through the halls well into the wee hours.

As a solo female traveller I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable staying. I ended up booking at another place. There was one toilet for us all to use, no lockers or any where to keep my stuff safe.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Aussie hostels and this one is well above the rest. Free Brekky and dinners saved good coin, and facilities were great. Was super unfortunate to have some rude guests in my room one night and I told staff who moved me no problem and made efforts to fix the issue. Fantastic nice staff, Audry was super helpful and a joy around the place, plus karaoke night was a welcome plus!

Excellent hostel. Great location and all staff were very welcoming.

The latina with glasses provided a great customer service. The food was delicious and the bed comfortable.

I loved the hostel, wish I‘d stayed longer! The beds are big and private, you have plenty space to store your belongings. Bathrooms are clean, hostel‘s in walking distance to everywhere you might want to go. Vibe wasn‘t too social, but I‘m sure it gets better if you stay there longer :)

Clean nice hostel with very nice beds: curtains, mirror, lot of storage place, AC… The balcony and common areas are really nice too!

This was honestly one of the best hostels i’ve stayed at while backpacking so far… free breakfast AND dinner? Which changed every day? Can’t really go wrong. The female toilet/showers were fab, so much space and hairdryers too (it’s been weeks..) the bunk in my dorm had so much shelf storage and even a little fan, with large luggage that can go under the bed. The one gripe for me which is more a personal thing but there was so many french ppl that were so loud and obnoxious..

Very well-maintained hostel with high-quality breakfast and dinner included. The staff is extremely friendly and always available if you need anything. Special shout-out to Nate who runs the hostel like a pro! 👏

Nate is an amazing person and the hostel is a very clean place. Good point for begin in adelaide everything is near and everyone inside the hostel are kind. Will vome again

Great value for money overall. The free breakfast and dinner was a great touch (basic but can’t complain). Rooms were comfortable and gave good privacy and cleaning was carried out daily. Same can be said for the bathroom facilities. Only downside is that common area was rather small so often felt crowded. There were also sometimes large groups of people in the corridors making noise while others trying to sleep

I very much like the Tequila Sunrise Pod approach which creates a great balance between a very social place (offering free breakfast and dinner really does the trick) and a very private experience in your own space. I went back to Tequila Sunrise in Brisbane which was amazing as well.

It is ok. Everyone staying there is kinda staying there long term which gives a weird atmosphere and the rooms a really small and too packed.

If you’re English, do not hope to make friends here. Absolutely everyone is French or Spanish including staff which made communication difficult. No real lost property system at all. No parking available. Good points were the brilliant location, free breakfast and dinners which were always pretty good. Very clean, although the hoover at 11am when hungover wasn’t ideal. There were also renovations in the room and kitchen which meant a lot of banging and couldn’t use the kitchen.

Muy buena ubicación, todo queda a distancia caminable. El hostel es limpio y bien organizado. El personal es realmente amable y atento, especialmente Audrey, que siempre tuvo una excelente disposición para ayudar. Sin duda lo recomendaría

This hostel is full of workers so not good for socialising. The dorms are nice enough but ours didn’t lock. Bathrooms are clean but shower pressure not consistent. Free dinners were a good gesture but limited for veggies.

Did not expect people to be living there full time, waking up and 6am and clattering everywhere. Horrible experience.
