Old Town Homestel

Got about 200 bedbug bites in a private room here. Tried to speak with staff about this and although they were understandably busy with check ins at the time they did not follow up at all and did not seem too concerned. Sheets were changed but that obviously does not solve a bedbug issue.

Unfortunately I did find a bed bug in the morning. I squished it and showed the volunteer at reception and he was very helpful and offered to have all my belongings washed, offered to move me to a private room in another building and gave me a full refund. The rooms aren't very clean. The room I was moved into had dirty sheets & a towel in the cupboard drawers (not sure why these were in there, hopefully they've since been discovered) and the blanket on the bed had a funky smell.

O quarto que me colocaram não foi o mesmo que eu reservei, pois deveria ser cama normal e não beliche. Além disso, apesar de estar aparentemente limpo, tive um monte de machucados por percevejo, provavelmente, assim como o moço que estava na beliche de baixo

I got bed bugs, seems like they don’t care about cleaning at all.
