Staff was never present, manager hung up on me when I asked for some sort of accommodation after we found blood and some sort of mucus on our sheets. Then they took about 5 hours to change the sheets and respond while two friends took the time to find another hotel. Manager then took my call to tell me he was not accommodating in any way because he changed the sheets and hung up on me
Nos encantó el alojamiento, las camas estaban cómodas, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y el baño era muy cómodo, talvez a alguien el espacio se le haga muy poco pero cuando vas a dormir y bañarte es perfecto, un día no había agua caliente en la regadera y nos dejaron una tarjeta de regalo de Starbucks como disculpa, una de las mejores cosas es que aceptan pago con tarjeta de crédito, y también un plus es el elevador por si llevas maletas pesadas. Muchas gracias esperamos regres...
We loved the accommodation, the beds were comfortable, the room had air conditioning and the bathroom was very comfortable, maybe to someone the space is too small but when you go to sleep and take a bath it is perfect, one day there was no hot water in the shower and they left us a Starbucks gift card as an excuse, one of the best things is that they accept payment by credit card, and also a plus is the elevator if you carry heavy bags. thank you very much we hope to return to Korea

Nos encantó el alojamiento, las camas estaban cómodas, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y el baño era muy cómodo, talvez a alguien el espacio se le haga muy poco pero cuando vas a dormir y bañarte es perfecto, un día no había agua caliente en la regadera y nos dejaron una tarjeta de regalo de Starbucks como disculpa, una de las mejores cosas es que aceptan pago con tarjeta de crédito, y también un plus es el elevador por si llevas maletas pesadas.
