My room was infested with bed bugs. I feel like if the room had been properly cleaned prior to me arriving, they would have spotted the bed bugs and this situation could’ve been prevented.

Avoid this property as it has bedbugs. We were informed by the locals about this and called Booking to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, a refund can only be issues by the host, which they refused to do. The customer service said this is not the first time they were called about this situation.
