Bubble Hostel

First of all, my slippers were stolen and the administrator did not manage to suggest to review cameras and was basically in silent, then came back to me after some time and said that she will contact the cleaning lady. Later she neither updated me, neither the next day someone else did. I had to come back to another administrator and share the whole story again. She said she will talk to the cleaner. As I was around when the cleaning lady came, neither the cleaning lady came to me, neither the administrator. I had to go to her again.. and of course there were no slippers found. They have cameras but no willingness to check it even. Another thing, there was homeless person outside the hotel staying on the floor or going with an elevator up and down so it did not feel safe at all. And last but not least their beds have bed bugs. I got bitten in a few places and hopefully did not bring those back home. Washed all my clothes and luggage and a bag. Everything I had with me there.. They change bed sheets, but not the layer on the matters. Oh, and breakfast. Everyday its the same bread, salami ir tomatoes plus milk cereals. They do not change anything at all. I stayed one week so can confirm no minimum change in a week at all. Last but not least, even the location is perfect, at the same time they do not have body/shampoo in the showers, neither provide towels. So that’s additional issue on top. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, the ratio of price and quality is very decent. Comfortable beds, and breakfast included was a nice addition, even though it was very simple (but not vegan friendly). Perfect location right by the old town and great connections. The area felt safe. My main reason for not giving it a better rating is because I suspect to have been bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I will inform the hostel separately so that they could hopefully deal with this issue.
