+ Die Lage ist toll. Die Besitzerin recht freundlich.
- Das Haus ist alt und hat einen Renovierungsstau. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind verbraucht, defekt oder wackelig. Die Betten quietschen. Die Dusche und das Bad sind sehr klein. Das Wasser läuft nur langsam ab, sodass das Duschen unterbrochen werden muss. Das Frühstück war ok aber unorganisiert. Ein Katze hat sich dazugesellt und ist auf die Anrichte gesprungen. Nicht auszudenken was die Katze macht wenn kein Mensch zugegen ist. Wir verstehen die guten Bewertungen nicht.

- Old facilities and too tiny bathrooms for the price. Hot water in one of our rooms didn't work, so we had to take a shower with icy cold water and unfortunately it was a freezing winter day.

- La descripción de la pieza no guardaba relación con la pieza asignada ni con la fotografías de booking, y el baño además de pequeño y que el agua de la ducha escurría el baño, no estaba tan limpio.

+ Spacious, beautifully decorated, bright room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower great. Very clean. Great breakfast. Nice patio. Area very safe and central about 15-20 minute walk to most sites. Art from local artists on display on first floor ! Wow! But the best part of all was getting to chat w the owner, Pamela, who is a gem of a person!!

An absolutely beautiful stay in Santiago. Pamela was an amazing host who helped me when I came into Santiago from a long overnight flight from the states. My room was lovely, the property is beautiful, and the neighborhood is great. I recommended it to everyone I met down the road who was heading back towards Santiago.
An incredible stay- Pamela is lovely and thinks of every detail to make this a great stay. It’s quiet, beautiful, clean, and welcoming. She shared great information about the city and made a healthy and filling breakfast each day. Not a party hostel, but other guests were friendly. Highly recommend!

+ The hostel is 12/10. Pamela is the kindest host. Goes above and beyond. Lovely to have the security of the two entrance doors, but honestly the neighborhood is so lovely and safe you really don’t need. Pamela easily spent an hour explaining the area, Santiago, what to do, where to eat (even as far as inquiring about reservations!). The room in itself is great - very comfy bed and room. And the patio in the house is phenomenal. Definitely a gem in Santiago! If I’m ever back this will be where I’d stay ☺️

+ Ruhig gelegen aber sehr gut erreichbar. Gemütlicher Rückzugsort nach intensiven Besichtigungstouren. Es gibt sowohl einen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten als auch einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr gutes, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Pamela und ihre Mitarbeiterin sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.
+ Well located next to Italian quarter. Very kind owner who gave me lots of tips and recommendations. Comfy and cosy common spaces. Hot shower, good breakfast, filtered water available for free. Room small but functional, with storage space and side table (even a side table lamp, which I always miss in other places!).

+ We had a great one night stay. Pamela is such a friendly, helpful host. Our room was clean, well decorated and air conditioning was available. We slept very well. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. We appreciated that we were able to store our luggage the day of checkout because our flight wasn’t until the evening and she arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport.

+ Traveled for work and had a day in Santiago. Great location; walk straight into the cute Italian district. Pamela was amazing. I arrived early, at 6 am, she opened the door for me and made me feel welcome. After a few hours sleep we did the official check in and she even made me a little breakfast. She is the kind of person that you feel you can ask anything. The place has a little outside courtyard and a upstairs terrace; there are 2 kitchens where you can make yourself a coffee. "Backpacker/traveler" vibe but with all the luxuries. Will definitely come back!
